William Tennison Green

William Tennison Green, age 69, of Columbiana passed away on Saturday, Jan. 1, 2011 in Shelby Baptist Medical Center. He was born in Alabama on December 16, 1940, the son to Mr. Will Green and Mrs. Ora Lanette Crockron Green.

Funeral services were held at Charter Funeral Home at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 5, 2011. Gail Owen and Brother Howard Brasher officiated. Visitation was held on Wednesday, from 5-7 p.m. prior to the services at Charter Funeral Home.

Survivors include his loving wife, Grace Green; son, James Michael Green; step-daughters, Victoria Noyes, Patricia Burcham (Paul) and Wanda Hutto (Anthony); step-sons, Brian Scott Barton (Ginger) and Harold Junior Barton (Barbara); a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; nephew, Jo Howard; niece, Donna Seale; brother-in-law, Acy W. Bearden; sisters-in-law, Margaret Collins (Gerald) and Betty Carter (Buddy).

Arrangements were under the direction of Charter Funeral Home.
