Circuit judge hit by car in Arizona

Shelby County Circuit Court Judge Hub Harrington was struck by a car while in Arizona to see the Auburn Tigers play in the BCS National Championship game, according to County Attorney Butch Ellis.
Ellis said from his knowledge, Harrington was struck by a car that ran a red light.
Ellis said he did not know the extent of the judge’s condition. He said Harrington had “maybe some fractures in his leg and was hospitalized.”’
Ellis said other people were also hit by the car, but he did not know their status.
