Ellis said from his knowledge, Harrington was struck by a car that ran a red light.

Ellis said he did not know the extent of the judge’s condition. He said Harrington had “maybe some fractures in his leg and was hospitalized.”’

Ellis said other people were also hit by the car, but he did not know their status.
