R. D. “Dale” Stringfellow, age 79, a resident of Chelsea, died on Wednesday, Jan. 12, 2011. Funeral service will be at 11 a.m., Monday, Jan. 17, 2011, at Bolton Funeral Home with Bro. Russell Worrell officiating. Burial will follow in Jefferson Memorial Gardens South. Bolton Funeral Home of Columbiana is directing. Family will receive friends 10-11 a.m. on Monday prior to the service.

Mr. Stringfellow is survived by his son, Scott Jones (Karen); grandchildren, Andrew Jones and Dillon Falls; sister, Julie Sanders; brothers, Lowell Stringfellow, Ray Stringfellow, Martin Stringfellow and Mark Stringfellow; and numerous other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
