The following are incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from Jan. 11-19:

Jan. 11
-Miscellaneous information from the 200 block of Day Spring Drive/Pioneer Home/King’s Home Drive, Chelsea.
-Domestic violence-harassment from Violet Drive, Sterrett.
-Miscellaneous information from the 200 block of Day Spring Drive (King’s Home Drive), Chelsea.
-Burglary/theft of property from the 9000 block of Bluff Ridge Road, Bessemer. Stolen were computers, video games and accessories valued at $1,920.

Jan. 12
-Harassing communications from the 100 block of Pickens Drive, Westover.
-Resisting arrest from the 1700 block of Highway 7, Wilsonville.
-Property damage from the 300 block of County Road 47 (highway, street). Damaged was a front bumper.
-Fraudulent use of a credit card from the 400 block of Talon Court, Birmingham. Stolen was a Visa debit card.
-Theft of property from the 6700 block of Highway 71, Shelby. Stolen was a 2.5-ton hearing and air conditioning unit valued at $2,000.
-Theft of property from the 4700 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (specialty store). Stolen were cell phone items valued at $1,830.
-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle/theft of property from the 700 block of Forest Lakes Drive. Stolen and recovered were a wallet and contents.
-Burglary/theft of property from the 200 block of King’s Home Drive, Chelsea (other, unknown). Stolen was $423.
-Burglary/theft of property from the 7400 block of Highway 155, Montevallo. Stolen were $500 in currency and 10 pills in a bottle.
-Domestic violence harassment from the 200 block of Highway 22.
-Breaking and entering vehicle/theft of property from the 100 block of Cambrian Way, Birmingham. Stolen were 12 Oxycodone 5-500 tablets, 18 Carisoprodel Compound tablets and a checkbook.
-Burglary/theft of property from the 1000 block of Regent Park Drive, Birmingham. Stolen were jewelry valued at $700, a Tag Heuer watch valued at $1,900 and Les Paul Standard (1990) valued at $2,000.

Jan. 13
-Property damage from the 1200 block of U.s. Highway 280, Harpersville (highway, street). (Suffix 02).
-Property damage from U.S. 280 East near Klein Road (highway, street). Damaged was a Chevrolet Silverado. (Suffix 01).
-Miscellaneous information from Fulgham Avenue, Montevallo.
-Criminal mischief from the 3300 block of Westover Road, Westover (field, woods). Damaged was a small field in the amount of $500.
-Medical emergency from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham (school, college).
-Permitting dogs to roam at large from the 100 block of Birmingham Street, Wilton.
-Allowing dogs to roam at large from the 200 block of Hebb Road, Wilsonville. Damaged were three Muskogee ducks in the amount of $300 and two Barred Rock chickens in the amount of $200.
-Theft of property from the 600 block of Book Highland Lane, Birmingham. Stolen were two Apple iPod Nanos valued at $200.
-Domestic violence/assault from the 200 block of Meadow Croft Circle, Birmingham. Recovered was a Fuji Film disposable camera with injury photos. (Suffix 01).

-Identity theft from the 400 block of Highway 200, Montevallo.
-Escape from the 200 block of McDow Road, Columbiana at Work Release (jail, prison).
-Domestic violence – assault from Barnett Street, Montevallo.
-Theft of property from Barnett Street, Montevallo. Stolen were 50 Oxycodone/acetaminaphen 10-325 pills.
-Burglary/theft of property from Barnett Street, Montevallo. Stolen were $175, clothing valued at $200, two purses valued at $140 and 68 Xanax prescription medication 1-milligram pills.
-Theft of property from Rock School Road, Harpersville. Stolen was a 9mm firearm valued at $300.
-Theft of property/criminal trespass from the 5100 block of Highway 11, Pelham (field, woods). Stolen and recovered were two steel beams (fabricated 680 pounds) valued at $816.
-Domestic investigation from the 4600 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (other, unknown).
-Death investigation from the 600 block of Mountain View Drive, Wilsonville.
-Domestic violence (harassment) from Highway 39, Chelsea.
-Miscellaneous information from the 4100 block of Chesapeake North, Birmingham (parking lot, garage).

Jan. 14
-Domestic violence – harassment from the 100 block of Branchwater Way, Maylene.
-Suspicious person from the 600 block of Portobello Road, Birmingham (parking lot, garage).
-Fire investigation from the 300 block of Shelby Hotel Road, Shelby. Damaged were a mobile home and a Mazda RX7.
-Animal complaint from the 14000 block of Highway 61, Wilsonville.
-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 2000 block of County Road 5, Wilsonville.
-Death investigation from the 900 block of Sixth Avenue Northwest. Listed as damaged, destroyed were various medications.
-Death investigation (hospice) from the 100 block of Seale Road, Calera.
-Assault from the 2300 block of Highway 39, Chelsea (school, college).
-Harassment – direct/theft of services from Chelsea Grill, Highway 280, Chelsea (restaurant).
-Criminal mischief from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2005 Nissan Pathfinder in the amount of $500.
-Leaving the scene of an accident from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill road, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2004 Toyota Tundra.
-Driving under the influence of alcohol/reckless endangerment from the 12000 block of Highway 17, Montevallo (highway, street).
-Property damage from the 100 block of Harris Lane, Alabaster. Damaged was a glass window.
-Domestic investigation from the 2400 block of Osceola Circle, Birmingham.
-Attempted rape from Wingfield Court, Birmingham.
-Theft of property/forgery from the 1000 block of Hunt Cliff Road, Birmingham (other, unknown). Stolen was a money order valued at $769.
-Theft of property from the 1600 block of Heatherbooke Road, Birmingham. Stolen was jewelry valued at $5,000.
-Criminal possession of a forged instrument/theft of property from the 700 block of County Road 467, Vincent. Stolen was a check valued at $30.

Jan. 15
-Harassment (domestic violence) from the 300 block of Reed Creek Drive, Shelby.
-Domestic violence (assault) from the 100 block of Calumet Drive, Birmingham.
-Promoting prison contraband from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana (government, public building). Confiscated, seized were three tobacco pouches wrapped in a Grizzly wrapper.
-Domestic violence – harassment from the 100 block of Gibson Road, Columbiana.
-Criminal mischief from Forest Lakes Drive, Sterrett. Damaged was a garage door.
-Suicide attempt from Smyer Lake Road, Leeds.
-Discharge duty from Highway 280 at County Road 55, Westover (highway, street).
-Domestic investigation from the 2000 block of Highway 55, Sterrett.
-Child in need of supervision from the 900 block of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham.
-Criminal mischief from the 4000 block of Highway 22, Montevallo. Damaged was a garden hose in the amount of $30.
-Theft of property from Shelby County Sheriff’s Office, the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana (government, public building). Stolen was a Blackberry Curve valued at $300.
-Criminal mischief/criminal trespass from the 2500 block of Highway 331, Saginaw (field, woods). Damaged were pad locks and chains in the amount of $100.
-Harassing communications from undisclosed.
-Domestic investigation from the 3000 block of Buck Horn Cove, Birmingham.
-Harassing communications from the 100 block of Oak Mountain Lodge, Birmingham.
-Burglary from the 200 block of Idlewood Drive, Montevallo. Stolen were a DVD player and a wooden jewelry box with jewelry valued at more than $4,025.
-Theft of property from the 2400 block of Highway 25, Wilton (service, gas station). Stolen was $2,500.
-Theft of property from the 4200 block of Mountain Top Road, Birmingham (other, unknown). Stolen was copper from a Trane air conditioner valued at $2,000.

Jan. 16
-Miscellaneous information from Wal-mart, Highway 280, Chelsea.
-Abandoned vehicle from the 1000 block of Bear Creek Road, Chelsea (highway, street).
-Miscellaneous information from the 100 block of Calumet Drive, Birmingham.
-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 400 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham. Stolen was a Tom Tom navigation system.
-Domestic violence – assault/criminal mischief from Eagle Ridge Drive, Birmingham. Damaged were an iPhone, a wood and glass end table, sheetrock and picture frames in the amount of $500.
-Burglary from the 9000 block of Highway 41, Leeds. Damaged were two Masterlocks in the amount of $50.
-Juvenile runaway from the 7000 block of County Road 280, Chelsea.
-Unlawful possession of marijuana from County Road 10 at County Road 223 (Almont) (highway, street). Confiscated, seized was 4.5 grams of green leafy substance (marijuana).
-Miscellaneous information from the 800 block of Third Street Northwest, Alabaster (other, unknown).
-Criminal trespass from the 300 block of Robertson Lane, Westover.
-Miscellaneous information from the 4000 block of Forest Lakes Road, Chelsea.
-Damage to property from the 10000 block of Highway 41, Dunnavant (highway, street). Damaged was a 1996 Oldsmobile Eighty-eight.
-Property damage from Cahaba Valley Road/Parkside Drive, Birmingham (highway, street). Damaged was a 2009 Dodge Caliber.
Jan. 17
-Theft of property from the 10000 block of Highway 42, Shelby. Stolen was a 19-inch floor model color television valued at $300.

-Damage to property from the 1400 block of Highway 41, Birmingham (highway, street). Damaged was a vehicle.
-Damage to county vehicle Unit 1005 from Highway 26east of Highway 31 (highway, street). Damaged was a windshield.
-Miscellaneous information from Crosscut Road, Alabaster.
-Domestic investigation from Nelson Circle, Montevallo.
-Property damage from Highway 49 near Highway 109, Chelsea (highway, street). Damaged was 2006 Chevrolet Avalanche.
-Domestic investigation from the 3000 block of Bear Creek Road, Sterrett.
-Property damage from Cahaba Valley Road, Indian Springs (highway, street). Damaged was a 2006 Kia Sorento.
-Burglary from the 800 block of Fowler Lane, Shelby. Stolen were firearms and jewelry items valued at $5,000.
-Domestic violence-assault from the 2500 block of Highway 37, Columbiana.
-Structure fire from the 1000 block of Highway 441, Wilsonville. Damaged were a Mercury Mountaineer (1997), 2004 Mazda 3 and tools. (Suffix 02).
-Structure fire from the 1000 block of Highway 441, Wilsonville. Damaged were a Mercury Mountaineer (1997), 2004 Mazda 3 and tools. (Suffix 01).
-Burglary/theft of property from the 900 block of Highway 441, Wilsonville (other, unknown). Stolen were a leather child’s saddle valued at $250, a leather youth saddle valued at $300, two synthetic Abetta saddles valued at $600, an old Western saddle valued at $100, a leather English jumping saddle valued at $200 and two John Lyons Western bridles valued at $100. Damaged in the amount of $100 was a storm window.
-Breaking and entering of a vehicle/theft of property from the 500 block of County Road 39, Chelsea. Stolen were a purse valued at $30 and various medications.
-Suicide attempt from Solomon Drive, Wilsonville.
-Domestic violence (assault) from the 300 block of Chelsea Forest Road, Columbiana.
-Burglary from the 100 block of North Street, Shelby. Stolen were firearms valued at $950, a window air conditioner valued at $300 and a tackle box of lures valued at $300.
-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the parking lot of Mt. Laurel Fire Department (parking lot, garage). Stolen and recovered were a radio scanner, a garage door opener and an iPhone.

Jan. 18
-Property damage from Highway 280 near Highland Lakes Drive (highway, street). Damaged was a 2010 ford Fusion.
-Domestic investigation from the 3200 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.
-Domestic violence-assault from the 5400 block of Highway 26, Columbiana. (Suffix 01).
-Domestic investigation from the 3000 block of Highway 311, Shelby.
-Property damage from County Road 32 near Shoreline Way (highway, street). Damaged was a 2008 Chevrolet Trailblazer.
-Miscellaneous information – juvenile runaway from the 200 block of King’s Ranch Drive, Chelsea.
-Agency assist from Shelby County Sheriff’s Office computer lab. Listed as confiscated, seized was a Dell Inspiron 15-inch laptop computer.
-Domestic violence – harassment from the 100 block of Pin Oak Drive, Chelsea.
-Death investigation from the 800 block of Deer Creek Road, Vandiver.
-Theft of property from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham (school, college). Stolen was an iPod iTouch.
-Welfare check from Beulah Lane, Sterrett.
-Found property from the 1600 block of Hiawatha Road, Calera (field, woods). Recovered were 58 grams of suspected meth.
-Death investigation from the 12000 block of Highway 47, Shelby. Listed as damaged, destroyed were various medications.
-Domestic violence -assault from the 5400 block of Highway 26, Columbiana (Suffix 02).
-Driving under the influence/unlawful possession of marijuana from U.S. 280 at County Road 41 (highway, street). Recovered was a pill bottle containing 4 grams of marijuana.
-Theft of property from Brookside Lane, Vandiver. Stolen were 15 Vyvanse 3-milligram valued at $10 and 35 Clonidine 2-milligram valued at $40.
-Forgery from the 5300 block of Highway 280, Harpersville (commercial).
-Fraudulent use of a credit/debit card from the 400 block of Lime Creek Bend, Chelsea. Forged, counterfeited was a debit card item valued at $364.
-Fraudulent use of a credit card from Parc at Cahaba River Apartments, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Stolen as a debit, visa card.

Jan. 19
-Theft of property from the 5400 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (commercial). Stolen were an Apple iPhone valued at $300, a wallet and a debit card item valued at $240.
