Evangel Christian tops Covenant Christian to remain unbeaten

The Evangel Christian School girls’ basketball team defeated Covenant Christian Academy 35-24 in high school basketball action Jan. 29.
Abby Letson led the Lightning (15-0) with 15 points. Letson also grabbed seven rebounds.
Katherine Stockman added 13 points in the victory. Whitney Thorpe grabbed a team-high 11 rebounds.
