Mr. and Mrs. Jon and Dorothy Parker of Belton, Texas are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Caitlin, to Mr. Frank Trivett, Jr. of Alabaster.

Caitlin is the granddaughter of Bobby and Brenda Parker of Shreveport, La. and Patty and George Alford of Temple, Texas. She graduated from Belton High School in Belton, Texas in 2006. She also graduated in 2010 from Texas A&M University with a degree in biomedical science. She is currently a graduate student at UAB in the surgical physician assistant program.

Frank is the son of Frank Trivett, Sr. and Cindy Terry. He is the grandson of Donald Trivett, Sr. of Phenix City, Lavada Phillips of Phenix City, Robert Terry, Sr. of Harvey, La. and Mary Smack of Levittown, Penn. He graduated from Thompson High School in 2004 and graduated from the University of Montevallo with a degree in business administration in 2008. Frank currently works at Wells Fargo in Hoover.

The wedding will take place on August 6, 2011 at Evangel Church PCA in Alabaster.
