Joseph “Zeke” Lynn Cobb, 59, of Columbiana died Sunday, Feb. 6, 2011 at Shelby Baptist Medical Center, Alabaster.

He was born on Friday, April 6, 1951, in Chilton Co., son of the late Joseph O. Cobb and Margie Cobb. He worked in construction.

Surviving are his wife, Brenda Cobb of Columbiana; two daughters, Alex Cobb Ellison (Scott) of Jemison and Allison Cobb of Jemison; grandson, Dylan Ellison of Jemison; brother, Larry Cobb of Jemison; mother, Margie Cobb of Jemison; nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received from 5-8 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 8 at Martin Funeral Home Chapel.

Services will be held Wednesday, Feb. 9, 2011, at 2 p.m. at Jemison First Baptist Church with Rev. Phillip Rush officiating. Interment will follow in Midway Memorial Gardens, Jemison.
