Charles M. “Chuck” Nibler, age 63, a resident of Maylene, died on Sunday, Feb. 6, 2011. Graveside service will be at 2:45 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 9, 2011, at Alabama National Cemetery with Rev. Roland Foster officiating. Bolton Funeral Home of Columbiana is directing. Visitation is Tuesday, Feb. 8, 2011, from 6-8 p.m. at Bolton Funeral Home. Mr. Nibler is a veteran of the U.S. Navy serving in Vietnam as a Seabee.

Mr. Nibler is survived by his wife, Retta Nibler; daughters, Emily Celeste Nibler and Alicia Vivian Bailey (Brandon); grandchildren, Charles Scott Bailey and Nicolas Dean Bailey; brother, Buck Nibler (Reba); nieces, Jennifer Willenbrecht, Kim Wilson and Lisa Nibler; nephew, Steven Mooney; and numerous other family and friends.
