The Spain Park High School girls’ basketball team saw its season come to an end following a 51-37 loss to Vestavia Hills in the Alabama High School Athletic Association Class 6A, Area 12 tournament semifinals Feb. 10 at Mountain Brook High School.

Haven Eddy led the Jaguars (17-14) with nine points. Eddy also grabbed five rebounds.

Whitney Gulledge added seven points and a team-high eight rebounds. Jessica Freeman chipped in six points. Colby Ryan contributed five points and six rebounds.

Kathryn Boswell and Jasmine Moore finished with four points each. Ashley Gaston contributed two points. Tori Morgan, who didn’t score a point in the contest, grabbed six rebounds.
