These young ladies are a member of Saving Grace, a small group Bible study at Concord Baptist Church of Calera, composed of eighth, ninth and 10th-grade girls. The group has been studying the early Christian church and how the disciples saw the need to minister to the physical as well as spiritual needs of church members and people in their community, as well as those outside their community. The Concord group is raising money to provide clean drinking water as part of the Water on Tap project, organized by Samaritan’s Purse. For more infromation, call the church at 668-4402.
