The Calera High School boys’ soccer team fell to Holtville 4-3 in a high school soccer match Feb. 25.

Daniel Cicio, Irvin Alverenga and Vi Tran scored one goal each for the Eagles, who fell to 0-3 this season.

Calera goalkeeper Jecsan Sanchez finished with 12 saves.

GIRLS

The Calera High School girls’ soccer team defeated Holtville 7-4 in a high school soccer match Feb. 25.

Alexia Figueroa scored all seven goals for the Eagles.
