The following are incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from Feb.16-22:

Feb. 16
-Miscellaneous information from Highway 31/Home Depot (highway, street).
-Structure fire from the 8700 block of Highway 61, Wilsonville. Burned was a singlewide trailer.

Feb. 17
-Domestic violence investigation from the 2700 block of Buck Horn Cove, Birmingham.
-Theft of property from Willow Leaf Circle, Westover (construction). Stolen were two 12-volt commercial top post batteries valued at $200.
-Civil dispute/domestic incident from the 400 block of Highway 315, Columbiana.
-Miscellaneous information from the 200 block of Calumet Drive, Birmingham.
-Identity theft from Pine Street, Shelby (other, unknown). Forged, counterfeited was a Visa debit account in the amount of $150.
-Theft of property from the 5000 block of Shelby Drive, Birmingham. Stolen were an iPod Nano valued at $200, eight Sony surround sound speakers valued at $800, $140 in bills and a purse valued at $200.
-Domestic violence/harassment from the 300 block of Highway 77, Columbiana.
-Identity theft from the 800 block of Highway 31, Alabaster (commercial).
-Unlawful possession of marijuana/possession of drug paraphernalia from Highway 280 at Raceway Gas Station, Birmingham (highway, street). Recovered were a plastic canister containing approximately 1.5 grams of green leafy vegetable matter believed to be marijuana and a glass pipe with charred residue believed to be used to smoke marijuana.
-Death investigation -hospice from Shelby Ridge Nursing Home from the 800 block of Third Street Northeast, Alabaster (other, unknown).
-Truancy from the 2200 block of Highway 31, Calera.

Feb. 18
-Identity theft from the 5200 block of Highway 47, Shelby.
-Theft of property from Winn Dixie from the 100 block of Chelsea Corners Way, Chelsea (supermarket). Stolen were a wallet, two Social Security cards, $40 in cash and a Visa debit card.
-Domestic violence (harassment) from King’s Home Drive, Chelsea.
-Burglary/theft of property from the 11000 block of Chelsea Road, Chelsea (specialty store). Stolen were three Dell computers and Lenovo ThinkPad valued at $2,271.
-Burglary from the 11000 block of Chelsea Road, Chelsea (commercial). Stolen were $50 in cash and coins.
-Fire investigation from the 3000 block of Westover Road, Westover. Damaged was a mobile home.
-Identity theft from the 200 block of Calumet Drive, Birmingham. Forged, counterfeited was a bank account item valued at $122.28.
-Menacing/harassing communications from the 6900 block of Highway 28, Columbiana (highway, street).
-Death investigation from the 100 block of Saintfield Lane, Birmingham.
-Obstructing justice using a false identity from County Road 73 and Highway 25, Montevallo (highway, street).
-Domestic investigation from the 4000 block of Forest Lakes Road, Sterrett.
-Harassing communications from Hickory Wood Lane, Montevallo.
-Miscellaneous information (discharging firearm) from Shore Front Lane, Sterrett (field, woods).
-Miscellaneous from the 200 block of Lime Creek Lane, Chelsea.
-Theft of property from the 1000 block of Newsome Road, Wilsonville (storage facility). Stolen were two copper welding leads.
-Civil dispute from the 2000 block of Forest Lakes Lane, Chelsea.
-Possession of controlled substance/criminal possession forged instrument from the 200 block of Mimosa Road. Recovered were .25-milligram meth and a bank check valued at $175.
-Possession of marijuana from Highway 31 and County Road 340, Alabaster (highway, street). Confiscated, seized was a plastic bag containing a green leafy substance (marijuana) 10.5 grams.
-Unlawful manufacture of controlled substance/structure fire from the 11000 block of Montevallo.
-Theft of property from unknown. Stolen was the tag off a 2002 Cadillac SLS.
-Suicide attempt from Sunny Meadows Drive, Birmingham.

Feb. 19
-Robbery from Highland Lakes Driven (mountain access road to towers/Crest Road), Birmingham (field, woods). Stolen were a wallet valued at $20, $30 in cash, an iPod Touch valued at $100 and an Xbox valued at $300.
-Burglary from the 3500 block of Westover Road, Sterrett.  Stolen were items valued at $1,365.
-Death investigation from the 12000 block of Highway 11, Chelsea. Listed as damaged, destroyed were various medications.
-Possession of marijuana from Daulphin Street and Commerce Street, Montevallo (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were three plastic bags containing marijuana, 12.5 grams and cash totaling $1,650.
-Domestic violence (assault) from the 1200 block of Eagle Park Drive, Birmingham.
-Assault from the 100 block of Brown Road, Calera.
-Domestic investigation from Little Rock Lane, Alabaster.
-Property damage from the 200 block of Lake Forest Way, Maylene. Damaged was a mailbox.
-Criminal mischief from West Lane, Westover. Damaged was a plastic mailbox in the amount of $40.
-Assault from the 200 block of Adams Road, Leeds.
-Burglary from the 3500 block of Westover Road, Sterrett. Stolen were a Kodak camera and a carton of Marlboro Lights cigarettes valued at $203.
-Harassing communications from the 4900 block of Meadowbrook Way, Birmingham.
-Suspicious items/activity from the 5000 block of Shelby Drive, Birmingham.
-Miscellaneous information from the 400 block of Dusty Hollow Road, Columbiana (other, unknown).
-Harassing communications from the 600 block of Griffin Road, Chelsea.
-Property damage from the 200 block of Lake Forest Way, Maylene. Damaged was a mailbox.
-Domestic investigation from the 4900 block of Meadow Brook Way, Birmingham.

-Property damage from the 5300 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2005 Ford Crown Victoria. Suffix (03).
-Miscellaneous information from the 2000 block of Knollwood Place, Birmingham.
-Criminal mischief from the 3000 block of Highway 61, Wilsonville. Damaged were four windows on a 1995 Jeep in the amount of $1,000.
-Miscellaneous information from Sawer Lane, Birmingham.
-Domestic violence-harassment from the 100 block of Robertson Road, Wilsonville.
-Theft from the 5000 block of Indian Valley Road, Birmingham. Stolen was an aluminum pond boat valued at $200.
-Domestic investigation from the 3600 block of Highway 26, Columbiana.
-Death investigation from the 100 block of Weatherton Road, Westover.
-Child abandonment from the 100 block of Silver Loop, Columbiana.
-Assault/reckless endangerment from the 5000 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (Raceway Service Station) (service, gas station).
-Minor in possession of alcohol/possession of drug paraphernalia from Highway 11, Chelsea (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were a glass pipe inside a clear bottle, Skunk green leafy substance, nine 12-ounce cans of Natural Light beer and a bottle of vodka.
-Criminal trespass from the 500 block of Salser Lane, Chelsea (other, unknown).
-Criminal mischief from the 3300 block of County Highway 69, Chelsea. Damaged was a mailbox in the amount of $35.
-Criminal trespass/theft of property from the 7900 block of county Highway 39, Chelsea (other, unknown). Stolen were 35 copper structures from a power bus station valued at $1,225.
-Criminal trespass/theft of property from the 2800 block of County Highway 39, Chelsea (other, unknown). Stolen were 11 copper structures from a power bus station valued at $385.
-Theft of property from the 16000 block of U.S. Highway 280, Chelsea (department store). Stolen were eight Xbox games valued at $159.69 and an Xbox 360 wireless headset valued at $49.99.
-Property damage from the 1800 block of Indian Crest Drive, Birmingham (highway, street). Damaged was a vehicle.
-Domestic investigation from the 200 block of Highway 22, Montevallo.
-Theft of property from Heardmont Park, Birmingham (field, woods). Stolen was an Aires Tabor Airsoft rifle with scope valued at $700.
-Theft of property from Heardmont Park, Birmingham (field, woods). Stolen was an Echo – 1”Scar” Airsoft rifle valued at $300.

Feb. 21
-Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle from the 200 block of Brook Court, Birmingham. Recovered was a digital camera “Pentax.”
-Theft of property from the 100 block of Rockhill Drive, Shelby. Stolen and recovered was a Playstation portable PSP valued at $250.
-Harassing communications from the 3900 block of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham.
-Domestic investigation from the 3500 block of Pineywood Road, Birmingham.
-Harassing communications from the 1500 block of Highway 84, Calera (other, unknown).
-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Merrywood Lane, Sterrett.
-Domestic investigation from the 600 block of Talon Trace, Birmingham.
-Burglary/theft of property from the 11000 block of Highway 280 East, Westover (commercial). Stolen were tools valued at $6,000 and a portable welding machine. Damaged were a tin roof and interior wall.
-Unlawful breaking and entering of motor vehicle from the 400 block of Old Brook Circle, Birmingham. Stolen was a Gamin global positioning unit valued at $189.
-Burglary from Dana Drive, Montevallo. Damaged were a double pane kitchen window in the amount of $300 and two cabinet doors in the amount of $50.
-Theft of property from the 100 block of Highway 22, Montevallo. Stolen wee a stove and refrigerator valued at $600.
-Domestic violence/harassment from the 1000 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham.
-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Jeff State Community College, Valleydale Road, Hoover (school, college). Confiscated, seized were .01 gram of marijuana and a marijuana pipe.
-Community notification violation from Chism Circle, Montevallo.
-Death investigation from the 900 block of Highway 54, Montevallo.
-Death investigation from the 5200 block of Highway 86, Calera. Listed as damaged, destroyed were various medications.
-Property damage from Vick Drive, Wilsonville.
-Property damage from Hebb Road and Apache Drive, Wilsonville (highway, street). Damaged was a cable line, pulled from the pole by a tuck.
-Identity theft from the 10000 block of Highway 280, Chelsea (other, unknown).
-Burglary from the 2000 block of Fulton Springs Road, Alabaster.

-Reckless driving from Fairview Lane, Montevallo (highway, street).
-Domestic investigation from the 200 block of County Road 408, Shelby.
-Fire investigation from Highway 251, Montevallo. Burned was a single story dwelling with damaged at $50,000.
-Permitting dogs to run at large from the 100 block of Highway 19, Montevallo (highway, street).
-Contributing to the delinquency of a child from the 800 block of Crabapple Lane, Vandiver.
-Trespassing from the 100 block of Hughes Road, Columbiana.
-Harassment from the 9000 block of Chelsea Park Trail, Chelsea (school, college).
-Animal complaint from the 6600 block of County Road 55, Wilsonville.
-Violation of protection order from the 100 block of Fifth Avenue, Shelby.

-Miscellaneous (suicide attempt) from Branchwater Way, Maylene.
-Theft of property/burglary from the 700 block of Dorough Road, Columbiana. Stolen was a Bersa semi-automatic firearm. Recovered were four plastic bags, a needle of insulin and a wood block.
-Miscellaneous (found property) from the 1600 block of Salem Road, Montevallo (highway, street). Recovered were various cards and a GameStop Powerup Rewards Pro.
-Forgery from Silver Loop Road, Columbiana (other, unknown).
-Unlawful possession of controlled substance from Edgeland Road and Edgeland Lane, Vandiver (highway, street).
-Assault from the 100 block of Nelson Circle, Montevallo. Confiscated, seized was a silver steak knife.
-Domestic violence – assault from the 100 block of Pool Road, Shelby.
-Assault from the 200 block of Pool Road, Shelby.
-Domestic violence – harassment from Jones Lane, Montevallo.
-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 300 block of Magnolia Drive, Maylene
