The Thompson High School girls’ soccer team defeated Hillcrest-Tuscaloosa 10-0 in a high school soccer match March 1.

Tatum Harless led the Warriors (8-0) with three goals in the victory.

Alli Watts and Mariah Poe added two goals each. Alyssa Mayer, Amber Harless and Kelsey Ferguson finished with one goal each.

Poe, Ferguson, Tatum Harless and Kayela Hill recorded an assist each in the win.

Thompson goalkeeper Sarah Allen recorded two saves in the shut out.

BOYS

The Thompson High School boys’ soccer team defeated Hillcrest-Tuscaloosa 6-0 in a high school soccer match March 1.

Thompson scored four goals in the first half and two goals in the second half against Hillcrest-Tuscaloosa.

Cody Willis and Dylan Barrett led the Warriors with two goals each in the victory.

Jacob Ramsey and Paul Karanja finished with one goal each.

Thompson goalkeeper Eric Hubbard posted six saves in the shut out.
