The Briarwood Christian School baseball team defeated West Point 10-0 in high school baseball action March 3.

The Lions (5-1) scored four runs in the first inning and five runs in the third inning in the victory.

Daniel Robert led Briarwood Christian at the plate as he finished 2-for-2 with a home run and a double. Robert drove in three runs and scored two runs in the win.

Cole Pearson finished 2-for-3 with a triple and a double. Pearson drove in one run and scored one run. Harrison Foster went 2-for-3 with an RBI and two runs scored.

Dan Thomas picked up the win on the mound after giving up only two hits with four strikeouts and three walks in three innings.

Robbie Hale struck out two batters in two innings in relief.
