The Pelham High School boys’ tennis team fell to Mountain Brook 9-0 in a high school tennis match March 2.

The Panthers dropped all six singles’ matches and all three doubles’ matches against the Spartans.

Jim Flaniken of Pelham dropped the No. 1 singles’ match to Patrick Lucas of Mountain Brook 6-2, 6-3. Trevor Tucker of Pelham fell to Trey Carter of Mountain Brook 6-0, 6-0 in the No. 2 singles’ match.

Peyton Davis of Pelham fell to Loris Orsolini of Mountain Brook 6-0, 6-0 in the No. 3 singles’ match. Taylor Honeycutt of Pelham fell to Eric Buchalter of Mountain Brook 6-1, 6-0 in the No. 4 singles’ match.

Jacob Dolinger of Pelham fell to Andrea Orsolini of Mountain Brook 6-4, 6-4 in the No. 5 singles’ match. Anthony DeLeonard of Pelham fell to Jared Cohen of Mountain Brook 6-0, 6-1 in the No. 6 singles’ match.

Flaniken and Tucker fell to Lucas and Carter 10-1 in the No. 1 doubles’ match.

Davis and Honeycutt fell to Buchalter and Loris Orsolini 10-2 in the No. 2 doubles’ match.

Dolinger and Christian Holly of Pelham fell to Andrea Orsolini and Jacob Weinaker of Mountain Brook 10-3 in the No. 3 doubles’ match.
