John D. “JD” Lewis, Jr. died Oct. 27, 2010 at his home in Palmer, Alaska. A celebration of his life is planned for March 27, 2011, in Columbiana. There will be a graveside service at 2 p.m. in Pinelawn Gardens. Bolton Funeral Home of Columbiana is directing.
