Feb. 22
-Unlawful possession of marijuana and attempting to elude police from County Road 17 (highway, street). Recovered was a clear plastic baggy containing marijuana.
-Harassing communication from the 1000 block of Highway 31 (commercial).
-Harassing communication from the 1800 block of Woodbrook Circle (residence, home).
-Illegal items on campus and harassment from Thompson Sixth Grade Center at 10019 Highway 119 (school, college).
-Debris, trash, littering, etc. across from the 900 block of Fifth Avenue Southwest (residence, home)
-Found property from Municipal Park. Recovered was a $10 bill, an orange and black skateboard valued at $20 and I-dealoptics sunglasses valued at $15.
-Property damage from the 700 block of Colonial Drive (residence, home). uDamaged was a brick retaining wall valued at $2,000.
-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 800 block of Old Highway 31 (highway, street). Recovered were eight Alprazolam pills and 0.7 grams of a white posdery substance in a cellophane bag.
-Domestic dispute from the 1000 block of Southwind Drive (residence, home).

Feb. 23
-Information only from the 300 block of Tanglewood Circle (residence, home).
-Domestic violence investigation and domestic violence/harassment from the Wal-Mart parking lot (supermarket).
-Harassment from the 1100 block of Independence Drive (residence, home).
-Damage to property from Cool Box Private Storage (storage facility). Damaged was a stop sign.
-Theft of property from classroom 218 of Thompson Middle School (school, college). Stolen was a blue plastic checkbook from Regions Bank with check numbers 1020-1025 valued at $10, and Alabama National Champions checks with carbons.
-Found property from the 900 block of Broken Bow Trail (residence, home). Recovered was a blue and silver metal pipe (smoking device).
-Information only from No. 99 11th Avenue Southeast (residence, home).
-Identity theft from Ocalla, Fla. (other, unknown).
-Identity theft from Texas and Georgia (other, unknown).

-Lost property from the 100 block of Eagle Drive. Stolen was an IPod valued at $160.
-Harassing communications from U.S. Highway 31.
-Violation of protection order from 18th Street.
-Property damage from the 8200 block of U.S. Highway 31. Damaged was a railroad crossing arm and a Mack TR tractor truck.
-Incident from the 300 block of Savannah Circle.
-Criminal trespass (3rd degree) and obstructing justice using a false identity from the 5100 block of U.S. Highway 31.

Feb. 23
-Domestic incident from the 1200 block of Highway 25.
-Harassment from 10th Street.
-Harassment from the 8000 block of Highway 25.
-Property damage from 10th Street. Damaged was a Ford Crown Victoria.
-Reckless endangerment County Road 107 and County Road 22.
-Incident from the 1700 block of 21st Avenue.
-Possession of forged instrument (2nd) from the 11000 block of Highway 25.

Feb. 24
-Domestic incident from the 12000 block of Highway 25.
-Property damage from the 3800 block of County Road 42. Front end/driver’s side door damage to a Chrysler Sebring.
-Theft (3rd) from Jackson Square. Stolen was a pair of Nike Jordan tennis shoes valued at $75.
-Animal complaint from 16th Street at 20th Avenue.
-Theft (shoplifting) from the 5100 block of Highway 31. Stolen were batteries valued at $56.86.
-Property damage from County Road 42. Damaged was a Chevrolet Impala.
-Harassing communications from the 1200 block of Savannah Lane.
-Domestic incident from the 12000 block of Highway 25.
-Incident from Interstate 65.
-Death investigation from the 200 block of Sweetgum Road.

Feb. 25
-Juvenile incident from Highway 25.

Feb. 26
-Domestic incident from the 700 block of Waterford Lane.
-Incident from the 400 block of Waterford Drive.
-Domestic violence (3rd) from the 1400 block of 20th Avenue.
-Breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 2000 block of Black Kerry Circle. Stolen was a leopard print purse (valued at $60), U.S. currency ($80), a debit card, restaurant gift cards ($75), a social security card and a DVD player ($150).
-Breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 300 block of Camden Grove Circle. Stolen were debit cards, $100 in U.S. currency and a black wallet.
-Illegal possession of credit/debit cards from the 900 block of Timberline Circle.
-Driving while license revoked from Interstate 65 (mile marker 230).

Feb. 27
-Harassing communications from the 300 block of Sumner Drive.
-Incident from the 500 block of County Road. 84.
-Domestic incident from the 100 block of Mayfair Lane.
-Possession of marijuana (2nd) from the 11000 block of Highway 25.
-Burglary (3rd degree) from the 100 block of Wildwood Way. Stolen was $75 in U.S. currency coins and a ring valued at $500.
-Incident from the 100 block of Rosewood Circle.

Columbiana

Feb. 23
-Possession of controlled substance from the 100 block of Egg and Butter Road. Recovered were four small pieces of crack valued at $10 and five 10mg Hydrocodone pills valued at $50.

Feb. 24
-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the 700 block off Highway 70. Recovered was a pill bottle and a small plastic baggie, each filled with a leafy green substance.

Feb. 25
-Possession of forged instrument from the 21000 block of Highway 25.
Feb. 27
-Theft of property from Highway 25 at the city limit sign. Stolen were fire extinguishers (valued at $50), air hoses for a tractor trailer ($65), jumper cables ($20) and a GPS system ($130).

March 1
-Fraudulent use of a debit card via an online transaction from an unknown location. Stolen was $1,200 in debit funds.

Harpersville

Feb. 16
-Private property motor vehicle accident from 39414 Highway 25. Vehicle backed into parked car.

Feb. 17
-Civil dispute from the 400 block of County Road 62. Dispute was over ownership of vehicle.

Feb. 22
-Vehicle damage from County Road 62 at Camelia Street. Damage was caused by deer.
-Theft of property from Richey Court. Stolen was medication.

Feb. 24
-Vehicle damage from U.S. 231 South near U.S. 280. Damage was to vehicle windshield and roof.
-Theft of property and burglary from Highway 25 and Wheat Street. Visitor to home stated that person forced their way into home and took dog.

Feb. 25
-Theft of property 3rd degree from 5127 U.S. 280, shoplifting.
-Follow up. Homeowner stated that he allowed person to enter home and dog was a gift to victim and suspect.

Feb. 27
-Theft of property 3rd degree and domestic violence assault from the 300 block of County Road 62. Stolen was a cell phone when suspect fled scene after assault.

Feb. 28
-Civil dispute over RV repair from U.S. 280. Victim could not find RV left for repair. RV located and returned to owner.

Helena

Feb. 22
-Failure to appear – speeding from 816 Highway 52 East (jail, prison).

Feb. 23
-Failure to appear -traffic (warrant) from Second Avenue in Bessemer (highway, street).
-Property for safe keeping (information only) from Alabama 261 and Railroad Avenue (highway, street). Recovered were a Kimber Ultra Carry II pistol and a bagmaster pouch with flashlight.
-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from Highway 261 (highway, stret). Recovered were 2.2 grams of a crystalized substance valued at $25.
-Theft of property from the 2000 block of Highway 58 (church). Stolen was a 52-inch Samsung LCD television valued at $1,200.
-Jail incident from the City of Helena Jail (jail, prison).
-NWNI from Highway 17 at Jet Pep (parking lot, garage).

Feb. 24

-Disorderly Conduct from Helena Car Wash at 791 Highway 52 West (other, unknown).

Feb. 26
-Driving under the influence of alcohol from Highway 261 (highway, street).
-Domestic incident and trespass warning from the 3000 block of Ashley Circle (residence, home).

Feb. 27
-Warrant arrest from Highway 261 at Starkey Street (highway, street).
-Trespassing from the 5000 block of Wade Street (residence, home).
-Attempting to elude and reckless endangerment from Highway 52 West at Hillsboro Parkway (highway, street).

Feb. 24
-Harassment from the 3900 block of Highway 25 (service/gas station).
-Theft of property from the 10 block of Highway 216 (parking lot/garage). Stolen were three 22.5’ Freightliner aluminum rims valued at $1,200.

Feb. 25
-Criminal mischief from the 600 block of East Boundary (residence/home). Damaged was a clay hand/cat in the amount of $75.
-Forgery from the 4500 block of Highway 25. Forged, postal money order with date of Oct. 9, 2008. Stolen was $310.

Feb. 26
-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Moores Spring Road (residence/home). Damaged was a wooden mailbox post in the amount of $100.

Feb. 27
-Unlawful Possession of a controlled substance/drug paraphernalia from the 4000 block of Highway 25 (parking lot/garage). Confiscated, seized were one piece of aluminum can with burnt residue, one silver spoon with burnt residue, one green plastic case with suspected heroin inside and two hypodermic needles.

Feb. 28
-Criminal mischief from the 500 block of Hicks Street (residence/home). Damaged was the outer windowpane of a double-pane window in the amount of $250.

March 1
-Information only from Reynolds Cemetery on Highway 25 (other/unknown).
-Obstructing government operations from the 700 block of Main Street (parking lot/garage). Recovered was a black Mitsubishi 3000 GT valued at $1,500.

March 2
-Assault from Graham Street and Samford Street.
-Information only from the 6800 block of Highway 22 (drug store).
-Found property from the 4600 block of Highway 25 (other/unknown). Recovered was a syringe containing blood residue valued at $5.

-Illegal possession/fradulent use of a credit/debit card from the 700 block of Cahaba Valley Road (service, gas station). Stolen was a Green Dot Moneypack credit card.
-Theft of property from the 2000 block of Little Mountain Circle (residence, home). -Stolen and recovered was a QT Thunder Ozone Generator valued at $334.
-Property damage from the 7900 block of Helena Road (service, gas station). -Damaged was 300 gallons of fuel valued at $900, a tanker fuel hose seal and a vehicle.
-Miscellaneous information from the 700 block of Cahaba Valley Road (service, gas station). Stolen was a Green Dot Moneypack credit card.

-Theft of property from a business on the 3000 block of Pelham Parkway (restaurant). Stolen was $85 in U.S. currency.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the Greenpark South mobile home park (other, unknown). Recovered was a small baggie containing a green, leafy substance believed to be approximately one gram of marijuana valued at $10.
-Driving under the influence of alcohol from Cahaba Valley Road near Cahaba Valley Parkway (highway, street).

Feb. 27
-Theft of property from 2500 Panther Circle (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a black Apple iPhone 8GB 3G valued at $150, and stolen and recovered were car keys valued at $3.
-Outside agency assist – law enforcement from the 3300 block of Pelham Parkway (parking lot, garage).

Feb. 28
-Damage to city property from the parking lot of IHOP at 2000 Pelham Parkway (parking lot, garage). Damaged was the right front bumper of unit No. 255.

Feb. 25
-Criminal mischief from 8300 block Highway 62. Damaged was a block retaining wall.
-Burglary 3rd degree from Vincent High School concession stand football field. Stolen was candy.
-Impounded vehicle from Vincent Municipal Park.

Feb. 28
-Theft of property 3rd degree from intersection of Alabama 25 and Shelby County 62. Stolen was 200 pounds of copper wire. Property was recovered.
-Dog bite from 8200 block Highway 62.
