The following are incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from Feb. 21-March 2:

Feb. 21
-Animal bite from the 100 block of Center Way, Alabaster.

Feb. 22
-Neglect of the elderly from Old Mill, Birmingham.

Feb. 23
-Criminal mischief from the 800 block of Highway 13, Helena. Damaged was an AT&T phone pedestal cable box valued at $3,000 and approximately one and a half foot of telephone cable sections valued at $10.
-Theft of property from the 1400 block of Oak Ridge Drive, Birmingham. Stolen was a Smith and Wesson 9mm model 459.
-Burglary from the 4400 block of Dead Hollow Road N, Harpersville. Stolen were approximately $425 cash and a gold ring with a diamond in the middle valued at $650.
-Domestic violence-harassment from the 100 block of Anchor Way, Shelby.
-Fire investigation from the 800 block of Camp Branch Road, Alabaster. Damaged was a 32-foot by 72-foot wide mobile home and contents.
-Fire investigation from the 200 block of Cain Road, Chelsea. Damaged was a single-wide mobile home valued at $5,000 and a 1984 Ford F-100 valued at $1,500.
-Death investigation from Highway 270, Maylene.
-Theft of property from the 16000 block of Highway 280, Chelsea. Stolen was a Gerber knife with a 2.25-inch blade valued at $8.61.
-Property damage from Highway 25 at Highway 97, Calera. Damaged was a 2004 Toyota Sienna XLE valued at $3,000.
-Criminal mischief from the 5100 block of Stratford Road, Birmingham. Damaged were exterior doors and wooded stair railing valued at $100 each.

Feb. 24
-Assault from the 1700 block of Highway 93, Helena.
-Domestic investigation from the 800 block of Eagle Ridge Drive, Birmingham.
-Recovered property from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana. Recovered was a counterfeit $20 bill.
-Theft of property from a Shell Station on Highway 280, Chelsea. Stolen was a pack of cigarettes valued at $4.89.
-Domestic investigation from the 2100 block of Chelsea Ridge Drive, Chelsea.
-Criminal mischief from the 4100 block of Highway 49, Columbiana. Damage valued at $1,500 to a 2007 GMC Sierra.
-Criminal littering from the 300 block of Moonlight Bay.
-Theft of property from the 300 block of County Road 5, Wilsonville. Stolen was a flat-bottom 12-foot boat valued at $250.
-Harassing communications from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana.
-Harassing communications from the 200 block of Robertson Lane, Westover.
-Criminal mischief from Sweet Gum Drive, Chelsea. Damaged was a mailbox.
-Fraudulent use of debit/credit card from the 100 block of Gateway Trail, Birmingham.
-Domestic violence harassment from the 800 block of Eagle Ridge Drive, Birmingham.
-Unauthorized use of motor vehicle from the 2000 block of Vale Drive, Birmingham.
-Unlawful possession of marijuana/receiving stolen property from Highway 280 and 3rd Street, N.W. Childersburg.
-Domestic investigation from the 2500 block of Inverness Lane, Birmingham.
-Death investigation from the 2500 block of Magnolia, Birmingham.
-Outside agency arrest from the 2000 block of Inverness Lane, Birmingham.
-Rape from Cahaba Lakes apartments, Birmingham.
-Harassing communications from the 4800 block of Chesapeake Circle, Birmingham.
-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Thoroughbred Lane, Alabaster. Damaged was a glass window on a garage door.
-Domestic violence investigation from the 0 block of Magic Drive, Columbiana.

Feb. 25
-Theft of property from Regions Bank at Highway 280 and Hugh Daniel Drive. Stolen was $1,667 in U.S. currency.
-Theft of property from Lloyds Restaurant, Birmingham. Stolen was an 8-foot by 8-foot storage building valued at $800.
-Criminal mischief from Merry Hill Road, Sterrett. Damaged was a hydraulic system to an entry gate valued at $1,000.
-Structure fire from the 100 block of Topaz Drive, Columbiana.
-Domestic violence-harassment from the 900 block of Copena Drive, Birmingham.
-Unlawful distribution of a controlled substance from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham.
-Harassment from the 5000 block of Woodridge Lane, Birmingham.
-Harassment from the 4000 block of Highway 47, Shelby.
-Property damage from the 31000 block of Highway 25 (Dollar General Store), Wilsonville. Damaged was a 1999 Oldsmobile valued at $500.
-Property damage from River Birch Road, Chelsea. Damaged was a telephone and cable box.
-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Alexander Road, Leeds.
-Miscellaneous information from the 0 block of Flat Branch Road, Shelby.
-Domestic investigation from the 10000 block of Highway 55, Westover.
-Miscellaneous/animal complaint from the 3400 block of Mountain Wood Drive SE, Bessemer.
-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Pine Drive, Chelsea. Damaged was a black metal mailbox.

Feb. 26
-Domestic investigation from the 4700 block of Highway 43.
-Domestic violence III-harassing communications from the 700 block of 3rd Avenue NW, Alabaster.
-Theft of property from the 4700 block of Highway 22, Montevallo. Stolen were Hydrocodone 325 mg tablets of unknown value.
-Theft of property from the 100 block of Meadowgreen Drive, Montevallo. Stolen were four different pieces of jewelry valued at more than $2,000 and 28 15mg Tenormin pills, 100 1 mg Xanax pills and 70 10mg Percocet pills.
-Illegal use/possession of debit/credit cards from the 3300 block of Afton Way.
-Theft of property from the 6000 block of Brookhill Circle, Birmingham. Stolen was a 1990 Acura Legend valued at $1,000.
-Identity theft from Aaronvale Circle, Birmingham. Stolen were four credit/debit cards.
-Fraudulent use of a credit card from Arbor Ct., Sterrett.
-Possession of marijuana (1st) from County Road 42 at County Road 86, Columbiana. Recovered were one sandwich bag containing 28 grams of marijuana and one black digital scale.
-Death investigation from the 600 block of Highway 478, Leeds.
-Death investigation from the 4500 block of Highway 10, Montevallo.
-Criminal mischief 3rd from Turtle Point, Shelby. Damaged was a jacketed coaxial cable valued at $25.
-Found property from the 7000 block of Highway 145, Wilsonville. Found was an RCA big screen TV of unknown value.
-Violation of protection order from the 100 block of 5th Avenue, Shelby.
-Harassment from the 10000 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham.
-Theft of property from the 500 block of Woodbridge Trace, Chelsea. Stolen was $350.
-Domestic investigation from the 700 block of Branch Lake Drive, Chelsea.
-Property damage from Esset Drive near Cliff Road. Damaged was a 2003 Jaguar.
-Discharged firearm from Essex at Cliff Road.
-Suicide attempt from the 3900 block of Westover Road.
-Harassing communications from the 2000 block of Knollwood Place, Birmingham.
-Harassing communications from the 200 block of Hayride Road, Alabaster.
-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of True Vine Way, Helena. Damaged was an operating motor to an iron gate valued at $300.
-Domestic violence (menacing) from the 0 block of Hayes Circle, Montevallo. Damaged was a Goodyear Wrangler SR-A tire valued at $250.
-Leaving the scene of motor vehicle accident from the 3000 block of Brookhill Drive, Birmingham. Damaged was a 2007 Volvo (front and rear damage); destroyed was a brick mailbox.

Feb. 27
-Misc. information from the 200 block of County Road 442, Sterrett.
-Domestic investigation from the 800 block of Eagle Ridge Drive, Birmingham.
-Menacing from the 700 block of Highway 338, Chelsea. Recovered was a 10-inch blade kitchen knife with a wood handle.
-Theft of property from the 0 block of Sams Place, Shelby. Stolen was an unknown amount of chain link fence.
-Property damage from the 5600 block of Highway 47, Shelby. Damaged were large oak trees.
-Theft of property from the 300 block of County Road 28, Columbiana. Stolen was a 1973 GMC pick-up valued at $300 and A/C compressor units (containing copper) of unknown value.
-Criminal mischief from the 200 block of Hollybrooke Road, Columbiana.
-Recovered property from the 5400 block of Highway 280, Birmingham. Recovered were approximately 0.2 grams of 10 mg methadone hydrochloride tablets, a JC Higgins Ranger .22 caliber revolver and .22 caliber ammo rounds for revolver.
-Death investigation from the 23000 block of Portabello Road, Birmingham.
-Miscellaneous information from the 500 block of Valleyview Road, Indian Springs.
-Harassment from the 100 block of Beach Circle, Birmingham.
-Harassment from the 4200 block of Bear Creek Road, Sterrett.
-Public intoxication from the 500 block of Highway 337, Chelsea.
-Domestic investigation from the 4200 block of Bear Creek Road, Sterrett.
-Domestic violence investigation from the 200 block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham.

Feb. 28
-Harassment from the 100 block of Highway 204, Montevallo.
-Miscellaneous report (trespass warning) from the 5800 block of Highway 16, Montevallo.
-Harassment from the 0 block of Asbury Lane, Birmingham.
-Domestic investigation from the 1200 block of Creswell Road, Harpersville.
-Identity theft from Otts Farm Road, Montevallo.
-Permitting dogs to run at large from the 4500 block of Highway 22, Montevallo.
-Miscellaneous information from the 200 block of Bluck Kings Home Drive, Chelsea.
-Theft of property from the 2600 block of Valleydale Road. Stolen was a carton of Newport non-menthol cigarettes valued at $45.
-Burglary and theft of property from the 1300 block of Dunnvant Valley Road, Mt. Laurel. Stolen were four items valued at $1,295.
-Burglary from the 17000 block of Highway 145, Shelby.
-Burglary from the 800 block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham. Stolen was a western digital “passport” 1 TB external hard drive, a 32 GB jump drive and a copy of rental agreement on 11X17 paper.
-Theft I from the 7000 block of Meadowlark Drive, Birmingham. Stolen was an Isuzu NPR 15’ box truck (metro rental truck) valued at $20,000.
-Theft of property from Crossgrove Circle, Birmingham. Stolen were a yellow/gold diamond ring, a yellow gold cross, a yellow gold necklace, yellow gold rings, a pair of earrings and single earring (total value estimated at $2,850) and Darvocet pills.
-Identify theft from the 200 block of Kings Home Drive, Chelsea.

March 1
-Domestic investigation from the 8400 block of Highway 51, Sterrett.
-Domestic investigation from the 400 block of Hillsdale Drive, Columbiana.
-Domestic investigation from the 200 block of Highway 408, Shelby.
-Property damage from the 200 block of Narrows Point Lane, Birmingham. Damaged was a driver’s side read door and rear panel on an automobile.
-Missing person (juvenile runaway) from unknown address, Childersburg.
-Recovered stolen vehicle from the 200 block of Mountain Crest Road, Chelsea. Recovered was a black two-door 2003 Honda Civic valued at $5,000.
-Assault and criminal mischief from Deerfront Lake, Westover. Damaged was paint on a vehicle.
-Miscellaneous information from the 22000 block of Highway 25, Columbiana.
-Found property from Highway 71 and Spring Drive, Shelby. Recovered was a fishing reel, tackle box, fishing needle-nose pliers and other assorted tackle including lures.
-Miscellaneous information from the 4900 block of Windwood Circle, Birmingham.
-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Al Youth Drive, Westover.
-Intimidating a witness from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana.
-Burglary from the 3200 block of Spring Creek Road, Montevallo. Damaged was a doorframe valued at $100.
-Theft II from the 1000 block of Morning Sun Drive, Birmingham. Stolen was a 2000 Black Port CI 5”X8” utility trailer valued at $1,500.
-Theft of property from the 300 block of Highway 303, Shelby. Stolen was a 1999 Yamaha Wolverine 350 valued at $3,000.
-Theft of property from the 2000 block of County Road 57, Vincent. Stolen were two items valued at $900.
-Identity theft from Oakdale Drive, Montevallo.

March 2
-Domestic violence (assault) from the 3600 block of Highway 26, Columbiana.
-Domestic violence 3rd (assault) from the 3600 block of Highway 26, Columbiana.
-Property damage from unknown location on Dorough Road, Columbiana. Damaged was a 2006 Saturn.
-Harassing communications from the 4900 block of Highway 18, Montevallo.
-Property damage from the 2000 block of Highway. 311, Shelby. Damaged from dog bites was a 2010 Ford Focus.
-Suicide attempt from the 4200 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.
-Theft of property from the 4500 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham. Stolen was Prilosec OTC 42 count tablets per box valued at $289.
-Unlawful manufacture of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia from the 500 block of Highway 480, Vandiver.
-Burglary III and structure fire from the 400 block of Highway 52, Helena. Stolen was a gas stove, refrigerator, a heat pump valued at $4,300, a 55-gallon drum, Whirlpool dyer and a double-wide trailer.
-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from County Road 71 at County Road 405, Shelby. Recovered was approximately one gram of Clonazepam valued at $90 and approximately one gram of Hydrocodone valued at $30.
-Theft of property from Highway 25, Sterrett. Stolen was a red 20-ton wood splitter valued at $950.
-Theft of property from the 100 block of Mountain Crest Road, Chelsea. Stolen (and recovered the same day) were a field plow and ground tiller.
