The Oak Mountain High School girls’ tennis team defeated Pelham 9-0 in a high school tennis match March 10.

The Eagles swept all six singles’ matches and all three doubles’ matches against the Panthers.

Katie Gould of Oak Mountain defeated Pelham’s Sidney Garner 8-5 in the No. 1 singles’ match. Ashley Ochsenhirt of Oak Mountain defeated Katie Kema of Oak Mountain 8-2 in the No. 2 singles’ match.

Rian Imwalle of Oak Mountain defeated Pelham’s Brooke Cole 8-1 in the No. 3 singles’ match. Samantha Frederick of Oak Mountain defeated Kathryn White of Pelham 8-2 in the No. 4 singles’ match.

Anna Manning of Oak Mountain defeated Leanna Cocke of Pelham 8-3 in the No. 5 singles’ match. Mary Catherine Touliatos of Oak Mountain defeated Elizabeth Hartzog of Pelham 8-1 in the No. 6 singles’ match.

Gould and Imwalle defeated Garner and Kema 8-6 in the No. 1 doubles’ match. Ochsenhirt and Frederick defeated White and Cocke 6-1 in the No. 2 doubles’ match.

Manning and Touliatos defeated Cole and Hartzog 8-6 in the No. 3 doubles’ match.
