Shelby County young farmers were among about 350 Alabama Farmers Federation members who attended the Young Farmers Leadership Conference Feb. 18-20 in Huntsville. The Rocket City provided a perfect backdrop for the conference, which included seminars and workshops aimed at helping young farmers reach new heights in their operations by taking advantage of high-tech tools. The event also included the Outstanding Young Farm Family (OYFF) awards banquet, which was held at the U.S. Space and Rocket Center.
