-Seized property from the parking lot of Amstar Theater (parking lot, garage). Recovered was a silver pouch with multi-colored substance “Rasta Spice.”

-Criminal tampering from the parking lot of the Amstar Theater (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 1993 red Dodge Stealth car.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Highway 31 at Highway 119 (highway, street). Recovered was a cellophane bag containing a green leafy substance.

-Domestic violence investigation and domestic violence harassment from the 1200 block of Amberly Woods Drive (residence, home). Damaged was a garage door and opening, walls and door jam valued at $10,000 and a 2003 Volkswagen Jetta in the amount of $1,000.

-Assault from the 300 block of First Street Southwest (bar).

-Theft of gasoline 1366 First St. N. (service, gas station). Stolen was 12.089 gallons of supreme unleaded fuel valued at $45.51.

-Harassing communications and theft of property from the 200 block of Seventh Avenue South (residence, home). Stolen was a $20 bill.

-Fraudulent use of a credit card from the 100 block of Kentwood Lane (commercial). Stolen was a Regions check card valued at $53.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of 12th Avenue Southeast (restaurant). Stolen was a purse valued at $30, $10 in U.S. currency, a Social Security card and a Medicaid card.

-Information from Barry’s Quick mart at First Avenue West (parking lot, garage).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 1100 block of First Street South (highway, street). Recovered was a marijuana cigarette and a pair of tweezers.

-Domestic violence investigation and domestic violence – harassment from the 500 block of Third Street Northeast (residence, home).

-Burglary and criminal mischief from the 100 block of Shelby Farms Drive (residence, home). Damaged was a granite countertop valued at $1,000, an oven door valued at $250 and a glass shower door valued at $250.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 100 block of Cohill Drive (highway, street). Recovered was a clear plastic baggie containing 1.3 grams of marijuana and a clear plastic bag containing a white powdery residue believed to be cocaine.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 10300 block of Shelby County 17 (highway, street). Recovered was a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana valued at $20 and white rolling papers commonly used to roll tobacco or marijuana.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 10300 block of Highway 17 (highway, street). Recovered was 0.1 grams of marijuana, a wooden dugout and a metal pipe.

-Property damage from Cool Box at 50 Gilbert Drive (storage facility). Damaged was a white GMC Sierra in the amount of $1,500.

-Civil dispute from the 100 block of Douglas Drive (residence, home).

-911 hangup from the 100 block of Kingsley Court (residence, home).

-Criminal possession of a forged instrument from Target at 250 South Colonial Drive (department store). Recovered were three $100 bills.

-Damage to property and leaving the scene of an accident from the Thrift Store (specialty store).

-Theft of property from 1007 First St. N. (specialty store). Stolen was a Christian Dior mink fur coat valued at $1,000 and a rabbit fur coat valued at $350.

-Burglary (third degree) and criminal mischief (first degree) from 9758 Highway 25 (government/public building). Damaged was an exterior plexiglass door valued at $200 and a beverage air drink cooler valued at $3,000. Stolen were assorted carbonated and non-carbonated drinks.

March 1

-Theft of property from the 2200 block of Pelham Parkway (specialty store). Stolen was a black backpack valued at $30, an American Express card, car keys valued at $10 and assorted clothing valued at $30.

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia from I-65 south of mile marker 242 (highway/street). Recovered was a sealed envelope containing six capped empty syringes, two spoons, one glass marijuana pipe, one pull grader and pack of cotton swabs and a sealed envelope containing approximately 2 grams of suspected cocaine valued at $65.

-Leaving the scene of an accident from the 3000 block of Pelham Parkway (highway/street). Damaged was the right rear fender of a 2000 Jeep Cherokee.

-Property damage from the 500 block of Walker Road (residence/home). Damaged was a Dell Inspiron 530 computer valued at $1,000, a Dell computer monitor valued at $500, a Dell 968w printer/scanner, a Waterbed mattress valued at $1,000 and a sheet rock wall valued at $100.
