The Briarwood Christian School softball team defeated Talladega 13-3 in high school softball action March 22.

Caroline Seay led the Lions (4-0) at the plate with three hits. Seay drove in four runs and scored three runs in the victory.

Sara Kate Bracewell drove in three runs. Savannah Kolb drove in two runs in the victory.

Linley Splawn earned the win in the circle after striking out four batters in a complete game.
