The Spain Park High School softball team defeated Wenonah 10-0 in a high school softball game March 21.

The Jaguars (12-5), who scored five runs in the second inning, finished with 15 hits in the victory.

Casey Craig led Spain Park at the plate as she finished 3-for-4 with a double. Craig drove in two runs and scored a run.

Elizabeth Ballew finished 2-for-3 with a double and a run scored. April Scott, who scored two runs and drove in one run, went 2-for-4 with a double.

Hannah Camp, who drove in one run and scored one run, finished 1-for-3 with a double. DeKayla Sankey finished 2-for-3 and scored two runs.

Keri Krake and Haleigh Sisson each had an RBI double. Erin Hornsby also had a double. Mary Beth Glass finished with an RBI single.

Channing Haynes and Julie Knight combined to pitch a no-hitter in the victory.

Haynes earned the win in the circle after striking out eight batters in three innings. Knight finished with three strikeouts in two innings.
