The Vincent High School baseball team fell to Verbena 17-11 in high school baseball action March 26.

Verbena scored seven runs in the second inning and seven runs in the third inning after taking advantage of five early errors by the Yellow Jackets.

Daniel Hawkins led Vincent at the plate as he finished 4-for-5 and scored three runs.

Ryan Kelow finished 3-for-4 and drove in three runs. Chase Howard went 2-for-4 and drove in two runs.

Zac Baucom took the loss on the mound.
