The Calera High School softball team fell to Marbury 4-3 in extra innings in high school softball action April 5.

Marbury scored the game-winning run in the eighth inning.

Shelby Clark led the Eagles as she finished 1-for-1 at the plate. Clark drove in one run and scored one run.

Lindsay Hammac finished 1-for-3 with a double and scored one run. Brittany Files went 1-for-3 at the plate. Skyler Laird scored one run. Jocelyn Davis drove in one run.

Katie Eiland took the loss in the circle after giving up four earned runs on 12 hits with three strikeouts and a walk in 7 2/3 innings.
