The following are incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from March 23-30:

March 23
-Theft of property from Air Park Drive, Wilsonville. Stolen were 50 items with a total value of $14,743.49.
-Civil dispute from the 900 block of Hebb Road, Wilsonville.

March 24
-Domestic violence – assault from the 2600 block of Spring Creek Road, Montevallo.
-Miscellaneous information from the 200 block of Pool Road, Shelby.
-Theft of property from the 1500 block of Highway 70 (convenient store), Columbiana. Stolen was 930 gallons of premium gasoline valued at $3,432.
-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from 5414 Highway 280 (YMCA parking lot), Birmingham. Stolen was an Apple Ipod Nano valued at $200, a Lacrosse helmet valued at $190, a pair of Lacrosse gloves valued at $170, a sports bag valued at $100, a pair of armbands valued at $100 and Brine shoulder pads valued at $100.
-Miscellaneous information from the 1000 block of Oak Meadows Road, Birmingham.
-Miscellaneous information from the 9900 block of N. Main Street, Wilsonville.
-Theft of property from the 1000 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham. Stolen was a set of patio furniture valued at $400 and a baby bouncing toy valued at $40.
-Miscellaneous information from the 3600 block of Cumberland Trace, Birmingham.
-Suicide attempt from the 200 block of Berry Lane, Pelham.
-Property damage from 16468 Highway 280 (Walgreens), Chelsea. Damaged was a black 2010 Honda CVR.
-Miscellaneous information from the 7900 block of Highway 51, Sterrett. A windowpane valued at $75 was broken.
-Miscellaneous information – discharge of firearm from the 200 block of 7th Avenue, Alabaster. Damaged was a light tan pit bull.
-Harassment from the 2300 block of Highway 39, Chelsea.
-Theft of property from the 200 block of Kings Home Drive/Hughes House, Chelsea. Stolen was an Alabama driver’s license.
-Theft of property from the 15000 block of Highway 280, Chelsea. Stolen was lumber valued at $200.
-Domestic investigation from the 4600 block of Heatherbrook Parkway, Birmingham.
-Assault from the 200 block of Highland Lakes, Birmingham.
-Domestic violence investigation from the 100 block of Oak Lake Drive, Shelby.
-Death investigation from the 2000 block of Belvedere Cove, Birmingham.
-Harassment from the 600 block of Highway 43, Sterrett.
-Theft of property from Day Springs Drive, Chelsea. Stolen was $81 in U.S. currency.

March 25
-Domestic investigation from the 3000 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.
-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of marijuana 2nd from Highway 280 at Meadowbrook Road, Birmingham. Recovered was a mushroom shaped multi-colored glass pipe used to smoke marijuana and a large unlabeled prescription bottle containing approximately 3.5 grams of suspected marijuana.
-Domestic investigation from the 300 block of Red Stick Road, Indian Springs.
-Unauthorized use of vehicle from the 4100 block of Highway 22, Montevallo.
-Property damage from Highway 25, Wilsonville. Damaged was a leg of a service station sign at a residence/home.
-Medical incident from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham.
-Theft of property from the 500 block of Highway 406, Shelby. Stolen was a John Deere riding lawn mower valued at $1,400.
-Theft of property from the 5100 block of Cyrus Circle, Birmingham.
-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 100 block of Stonecrest Drive (parking lot/garage), Birmingham. Stolen was a four-channel Memphis car amplifier valued at $500 and a Winn-Dixie training manual and notes.
-Domestic violence-assault from the 100 block of Horseback Trail, Shelby.
-Burglary from Mimosa Road, Leeds. Damaged was a black plastic mailbox valued at $100 and an assortment of meats in a freezer valued at $300.
-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 0 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham. Stolen was a Cannon camera with six accessories valued at $5,767.
-Identity theft from Miami, Fla.
-Forgery from the 4000 block of Eagle Point Drive, Birmingham. Stolen was a check for $5,100.
-Criminal mischief from the 600 block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham. Damage valued at $60 was done to two tires.
-Criminal mischief from the 7100 block of Whitetail, Birmingham. Damage of $400 was done to two Firestone (Destination LE) tires.
-Receiving stolen property from Highway 280 at County Road 71, Birmingham. Stolen and recovered was an Alabama 2010 tag valued at $50.
-Fire investigation from the 600 block of County Road 315, Columbiana. Damage valued at $2,000 was done to a Durango Mobile home and damage valued at $500 was done to a wooden deck.
-Missing person from Chelsea High School, Chelsea.
-Domestic violence investigation from the 500 block of Turtle Lake Drive, Birmingham.
-Death investigation – hospice from the 500 block of Bentley Road, Columbiana.
-Unlawful possession of marijuana 2nd and possession of drug paraphernalia from the 1300 block of Highway 77 (highway/street). Recovered was a plastic baggie containing 12 grams of marijuana, a silver 3/16 socket containing marijuana residue and a Benelli 12-gauge shotgun.
-Domestic violence – harassment from the 0 block of Kings Ranch Road, Wilsonville.
-Domestic violence – 3rd harassment from the 0 block of Southwood Drive, Alabaster.
-Domestic violence – harassment from the 2600 block of Spring Creek Road, Montevallo.
-Identity theft from an unknown location. An account was opened.

March 26
-Found property from Wildlife Management Range off Highway 91, Helena. Recovered was a Remington model 700 rifle with a scope and a metal gun case.
-Domestic violence/harassment from the 500 block of Caldwell Mill Circle, Birmingham.
-Domestic investigation from the 5000 block of S. Broken Bow Drive, Birmingham.
-Damage to property from 5510 Highway 280 (Greystone Center parking lot), Birmingham. Damaged was a flowerbed.
-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of McDaniel Drive, Wilsonville.
-Domestic dispute from Old Highway 280, Westover.
-Domestic investigation from the 5900 block of Beaver Brook Cove, Birmingham.
-Property damage from the 2400 block of Forest Lakes Lane, Sterrett. Damaged was a 2006 Lexus RX330.
-Domestic investigation from Forest Laker Lane.
-Driving on wrong side of highway and driving under the influence of alcohol from Highway 280 at County Road 47.
-Reckless endangerment from the 100 block of Two Lakes Trail, Columbiana.
-Assault from Jerry’s Bait and Tackle, Wilsonville.
-Theft of property from Highway 47, Chelsea. Stolen was $1,290 in U.S. currency.
-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 3800 block of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham. Stolen was a silver HP laptop computer valued at $1,000, seven Loratab tablets and five Viagra tablets.
-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia from Inverness Center and Highway 280, Hoover. Recovered were two 2cc’s of morphine and two syringes.
-Domestic investigation from the 500 block of Thorn Berry Lane, Birmingham.
-Civil dispute from the 0 block of Sams Place, Shelby.

March 27
-Interference with child custody from the 300 block of Reach Ct., Birmingham.
-Damage to property from Emily Circle, Birmingham. Damaged was a cast iron mailbox post.
-Civil dispute from the 10000 block of S. Main Street, Wilsonville.
-Violation of court order from Reach Ct., Birmingham.
-Death investigation from Dover Cliff Circle, Birmingham.
-Miscellaneous information from the 400 block of Daventry Circle, Calera.
-Driving under the influence from the 4700 block of Highway 119, Montevallo.
-Obstructing governmental operations and disorderly conduct from Highway 280 and Corporate Parkway (parking lot/garage), Birmingham.
-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle and theft of property from County Road 400 (Shelby boat launch), Shelby. Stolen was a Ruger .22 rifle with a folding synthetic stock valued at $450, a cell phone valued at $200, a tackle box and contents valued at $150, Costa Del Mar sunglasses with model 500 lenses valued at $250 and a coon hunting head lamp light valued at $425. Damage valued at $200 was done to the front passenger door window.
-Domestic violence – harassment from the 4600 block of Heatherbrook Road, Birmingham. Damaged were two busted out windows and a bedroom door.

March 28
-Missing person located from the 200 block of Highway 47.
-Death investigation from the 1300 block of Altadena Rice, Birmingham.
-Domestic investigation from the 2000 block of Knollwood Place, Birmingham.
-Harassing communication – information only from the 100 block of Washington Street, Columbiana.
-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Otts Farm Road, Montevallo.
-Lost property from the 5000 block of Highway 280, Birmingham. Lost was an Alcosensor FST portable breathalyzer test.
-Domestic investigation from Garland Court, Birmingham.
-Animal complaint from the 5900 block of Brook Highland Drive, Birmingham.
-Domestic investigation from Eagle Ridge Drive, Birmingham.
-Civil dispute from the 100 block of Cambrian Way, Birmingham.
-Juvenile runaway from Kings Ranch Drive, Wilsonville.
-Miscellaneous information (civil dispute) from the 200 block of Griffin Lake Drive, Chelsea.
-Fraudulent use of a credit/debit card from an unknown location.
-Theft of property from 104 Croft Street (Bella Couture Shop), Birmingham. Stolen was a white silk Marisa bridle gown valued at $1,650.
-Terrorist threat from the 100 block of Willow Creek Circle, Sterrett.
-Sexual abuse of a child less than 12 years old from Highway 46, Shelby.
-Willful abuse of a child under 18 from the 200 block of Pineview Road, Montevallo. Recovered was a 35mm camera.
-Domestic violence 2 from the 100 block of Horseback Trail, Shelby.
-Theft of property from Goode Road, Westover. Stolen was a blue 1988 Chevy Astro van valued at $2,000, various hand tools of unknown value, a band saw valued at $500, various electrical parts and components valued at $2,000 and 80 feet of No. 8 cooper wire of unknown value.
-Theft of property from the 1600 block of Springfield Loop, Birmingham. Stolen were four 26-inch Asanti rims valued at $8,000 and four 26-inch tires valued at $1,000.
-Theft II from the 4900 block of Meadow Brook Road, Birmingham. Stolen was a black 2003 14-foot utility trailer valued at $1,500.
-Theft of property from the 1000 block of Westover Road, Harpersville. Stolen was a brown 1983 Chevy Camero of unknown value.
-Domestic violence – harassment from the 4300 block of Heatherbrook Road, Birmingham.
-Domestic violence – assault 3rd from the 7000 block of County Road 47, Shelby.

March 29
-Domestic violence 3rd – harassment from Kings Ranch Drive, Wilsonville.
-Illegal possession or fraudulent use of a debit/credit card from the 900 block of Tara Drive, Columbiana. A Mastercard was charged for $202.
-Theft of property 3rd and criminal mischief 1st from the 2400 block of Oak Mountain Park Road, Pelham. Stolen was a max performance 10 A/C unit valued at $1,600 and three high efficiency 5,000 A/C units valued at $4,800.
-Miscellaneous information from the 300 block of River Drive, Wilsonville.
-Domestic investigation from Lime Creek Road, Chelsea.
-Criminal mischief from the 1200 block of Inverness Lane, Birmingham. Damage of unknown valued was done to the passenger side front fender and headlight assembly on a 2005 Dodge Magnum.
-Death investigation from the 2900 block of Highway 31, Calera.
-Domestic violence – assault from the 5100 block of Highway 55, Wilsonville.
-Domestic violence – assault from the 100 block of Heatherbrook Road, Birmingham.
-Theft of property from the 5100 block of Lee Street, Birmingham. Stolen was approximately $6,000 in U.S. currency in $20 and $100 bills.
-Domestic violence – assault from the 100 block of Horseback Trail, Shelby.
-Burglary from the 1400 block of Dunnavant Valley Road, Birmingham. Stolen was a Husquavarna BT 125 backpack blower valued at $199, a Husquavarna BT 150 backpack blower valued at $300, a Husquavarna 4900 chainsaw valued at $249 and a gas card.
-Burglary from the 8900 block of Highway 42, Shelby. Stolen was a custom made Swedish Mauser rifle camo stock valued at $1,400, a Charles Dailey 12-guage semi auto shotgun valued at $500, an M77 .22-caliber Ruger Hornet bolt rifle valued at $550, a Savage bolt action .308-caliber rifle wood stock valued at $450, a Traditions .22-caliber single shot revolver valued at $200, a small audio receiver with headphones valued at $100 and $1,000 cash in hundred dollar bills.
-Burglary from Austin Circle, Birmingham.
-Rape from an unknown location in Shelby County.
-Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle from the 400 block of Highway 406, Shelby. Stolen was a purse containing a debit card, 100 Neuraton 600mg pills (seizure medicine), 25 Buspar 10mg pills (anxiety medication), 25 Mobic 7.5mg pills (pain medication), 100 Methadone 10mg pills and 54 Percocet 7.5mg pills.

March 30
-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from 5476 Caldwell Mill Road (Oak Mountain High School), Birmingham.
-Missing person from Oak Mountain High School, Birmingham.
-Harassment from 5458 Cahaba Valley Road (senior center), Birmingham.
-Theft of property from the 100 block of Shaw Lane, Wilsonville. Stolen were five money orders totaling $4,625.
-Identity theft from the Chelsea Walmart and Chelsea BP station. Three debit purchases totaling $616 were made.
-Domestic investigation from the 1400 block of Turtle Lake Drive, Birmingham.
-Criminal trespassing from the 100 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham.
-Harassing communications from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana.
-Theft of property III from Highway 203, Montevallo. Stolen was a Craftsman pressure washer valued at $260 and four 35-pound weights valued at $80.

-Possession of salvia and possession of drug paraphernalia from the 500 block of Meadowbrook Road, Birmingham.
-Harassment from the 3300 block of Buck Horn Cove, Birmingham.
-Miscellaneous information from the 200 block of Kings Ranch Drive, Chelsea. Damaged was a glass window.
-Theft of property/shoplifting from 150 Chelsea Corner (Winn Dixie), Chelsea. Stolen and recovered was a beef round sirloin tip steak valued at $3.99 and Dale’s steak seasoning valued at $2.99.
