Willie Ervin Davis, age 89, a resident of Columbiana, died on Wednesday, April 6, 2011. Funeral service will be at 11 a.m., Friday, April 8, 2011, at Bolton Funeral Home with Rev. Roland Foster officiating. Burial will follow in Pinelawn Gardens. The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m., Thursday, April 7, 2011, at Bolton Funeral Home in Columbiana. Mr. Davis served in the Navy during World War II. He is a retired truck driver with 35 years and was a loving father.

Mr. Davis is preceded in death by his wife, Wylodene Davis. He is survived by his children, Rodney Davis (Wanda), Roger Davis and Cindy Hughes (Billy); grandchildren, Amber Sitton, Halie Hughes, Aaron Davis, James Davis, Lindsey Pearson and Grace Hughes; great-grandchildren, Katie Curran and Callie Hughes; and numerous nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
