March 31

-Burglary from Clairmont Road, Sterrett. Stolen was $30,000 in U.S. currency, a white gold necklace with 1-carat diamond valued at $4,000 and a white gold diamond 2.5-carat ring valued at $13,000.

-Death investigation (hospice) from Highway 73, Wilton.

-Domestic violence – harassing communications from the 100 block of Sassafras Way, Maylene.

-Violation of probation order from the 2000 block of Highway 55 N., Sterrett.

-Criminal mischief and trespassing from the 20000 block of Highway 55 N., Sterrett. Damaged was a 1984 Ford F-150 and a crosstie wall.

-Harassing communications from the 200 block of Arbor Court (restaurant), Sterrett.

-Miscellaneous information from the 1000 block of County Road 400 (lake, waterway), Shelby. Damage valued at $5,000 (front bumper and water damage) was done to a 2003 BMW 3251.

-Miscellaneous information from the 0 block of Brush Creek Farms, Columbiana.

-Rape from Lawrence Drive, Leeds.

-Child abuse from the 1500 block of Highway 83, Vincent.

-Harassment from the 1500 block of Highway 83, Vincent.

-Theft of property from the 800 block of Highway 31 (service, gas station), Alabaster.

-Burglary 3rd from the 2000 block of Lakeland Trail, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from 16077 Highway 280 (Walmart), Chelsea. Stolen was a Pflueger fishing reel.

-Possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia from Vandiver Park on County Road 43 (parking lot, garage), Vandiver. Recovered were grams of marijuana and a glass pipe used for inhaling marijuana.

-Animal bite from the 1600 block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham.

-Property damage from the 100 block of Tolbert Circle, Montevallo. Damaged was a residential electrical outlet.

-Harassing communications from the 100 block of Walters Cove, Sterrett.

-Property damage from Cameron Drive and Woodbridge Drive (highway, street), Chelsea. Damaged was a 1983 Ford F-600.

April 1

-Domestic violence – harassment from the 100 block of Pope Street, Wilsonville.

-Death investigation from the 3100 block of Chelsea Perk Ridge, Chelsea.

-Criminal mischief 3rd from Highway 93, Helena.

-Harassing communications from the 1300 block of Weatherby Love, Birmingham.

-Leaving premises of gasoline sales establishment without remitting payment from the 5800 block of Chelsea Road (CJ’s Country Store), Chelsea. Stolen was $65.30 in unleaded gas.

-Suspected drug activity from the 1200 block of Inverness Lane (school, college), Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Deerwood Lake Drive, Harpersville. Stolen was a Honda pressure washer valued at $500, a leaf blower valued at $100 and a shop vac valued at $75.

-Domestic violence – harassment from the 0 block of Alabama Youth Home Drive, Harpersville.

-Theft of property from the 3700 block of Cumberland Trace, Birmingham. Stolen was a utility landscape trailer valued at $1,800.

-Burglary from Shadowood Lane, Sterrett. Stolen was a weed eater valued at $200 and a portable welding machine valued at $600.

-Theft of property Brasher Lane, Birmingham. Stolen was a Well pump 2HP and tank valued at $1,200.

-Criminal mischief from the 200 block of Hollybrook Road, Columbiana. Damage valued at $1,500 was done to a 2006 Chevrolet Colorado.

-Public intoxication and unlawful possession of marijuana – carrying concelled weapon from Fields Drive at Pleasant Circle, Montevallo. Recovered was approximately 1.5 grams of marijuana and a Bryce .380 pistol.

-Fraudulent use of a credit card from the 800 block of Eagle Ridge Drive, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence assault and unlawful imprisonment from the 5700 block of Hunt Cliff Road, Birmingham.

-Burglary from the 400 block of Southledge Drive (commercial), Birmingham. Stolen was a computer valued at $500, a monitor valued at $150, a keyboard valued at $100, a laptop valued at $2,000, a camera valued at $150, a Bose FM/AM radio valued at $350 and a weed eater valued at $130.

-Theft 2nd from the 5200 block of Parkside Drive, Birmingham. Stolen was a 6-foot utility trailer valued at $700.

-Theft of property from Wildwood Lane, Columbiana. Stolen was a Troy built tiller valued at $450, a cast iron pot valued at $100, a window A/C unit valued at $250, bob wire roll valued at $70, hog wire roll valued at $90 and 15 gallons of diesel fuel valued at $70.

-Miscellaneous information (civil dispute) from Griffin Lake Drive, Chelsea.

-Forgery from the 0 block of Clear Springs Way, Shelby. Recovered was a flat rate mailing envelope containing a U.S. Postal Money Order valued at $1,956.24.

-Domestic violence – harassment from Wade Drive, Montevallo.

-Domestic violence 3rd – assault from the 1800 block of Highway 315, Columbiana.

-Property damage from the 2500 block of Highway 28 (highway, street), Columbiana. Damaged was a black 2002 Jaguar 2.5.

-Unauthorized use of a vehicle from the 7900 block of Highway 11, Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous information from 5487 Highway 280 (Cahaba Valley Fire Station), Birmingham. Recovered was a driver’s license.

-Theft of property from the 200 block of Highland View, Birmingham. Stolen was a S16 Sauer P232 380 valued at $600.

-Miscellaneous information from 380 McDow Road (government, public building), Columbiana.

-Burglary from Blankenship Road, Birmingham. Stolen was a Dell computer valued at $600, a silver digital camera valued at $500, keys and $52.80 in U.S. currency.

-Hazmat – explosives from Tangled Way, Shelby. Explosives were recovered.
