The Coosa Valley Academy baseball team defeated Eastwood Academy 11-0 in high school baseball action April 12.

Jarrod Mims led the Rebels (32-4) at the plate as he finished 2-for-3 with a double and drove in a run.

John Bullen finished with two hits and drove in two runs. Saxon Grimes went 2-for-3 at the plate and drove in a run. Garrett McMillan recorded two hits. Myles Varner finished 1-for-2 at the plate.

Hunter Roe earned the win on the mound after giving up just one hit with 12 strikeouts in a five-inning complete game.
