The Spain Park High School girls’ soccer team defeated Vestavia Hills 3-0 in a Class 6A, Section 5 match April 12.

Lakin Eddy led the Jaguars (17-3-1 overall, 8-1 in Class 6A, Section 5) with two goals in the victory.

Annalika Steyn scored one goal in the win. Simone Charley and Madeline Hughes recorded one assist each.

Spain Park goalkeeper Schyler Arnold posted three saves in the shutout.
