The Thompson High School boys’ tennis team defeated Chelsea 9-0 in a high school tennis match April 12.

The Hornets forfeited three of the six singles’ matches and two of the three doubles’ matches.

Tyler Shaw of Thompson defeated Andrew Ling of Chelsea 8-1 in the No. 1 singles’ match. Wes Robinson of Thompson defeated Alex Gamble of Chelsea 8-6 in the No. 2 singles’ match. Tony Pendleton of Thompson defeated Corey Foshee of Chelsea 8-2 in the No. 3 singles’ match.

Robinson and Cameron Faulkner of Thompson defeated Gamble and Foshee 8-6 in the No. 3 doubles’ match.
