The Pelham High School softball team fell to Hoover 4-0 in a Class 6A, Area 10 contest April 14.

The Panthers managed only one hit against the Buccaneers. Heather McGuirk led Pelham at the plate as she finished 1-for-3 with a double.

Becky Fox took the loss in the circle as she gave up three earned runs on eight hits with a strikeout and a walk in a complete game.
