Calera drops baseball doubleheader with Bibb County

The Calera High School baseball was swept by Bibb County in a high school baseball doubleheader April 14.

The Eagles dropped the first game to Bibb County 10-6.

J.R. Seay led Calera at the plate as he finished 3-for-3 with a home run. Seay drove in five runs in the defeat.

Chase Jones finished 2-for-4 at the plate and drove in one run. Nathan Smith went 2-for-4 at the plate.

Stetson Cupp took the loss on the mound for the Eagles.

Calera fell to Bibb County 14-2 in the second game.

B.J. Barker led the Eagles at the plate as he drove in two runs.

Seay finished 1-for-2 at the plate. Smith went 1-for-3 in the defeat.

Zac Reneau took the loss on the mound.
