The Oak Mountain High School boys’ tennis team defeated Homewood 9-0 in high school tennis action April 14.

The Eagles swept all six singles’ matches and all three doubles’ matches against Homewood.

Preston Touliatos of Oak Mountain defeated Andrew Garman of Homewood 10-8 in the No. 1 singles’ match. Kyle Ehlers of Oak Mountain defeated Max Morgan of Homewood 10-1 in the No. 2 singles’ match.

Thomas Mason of Oak Mountain defeated Davis Hall of Homewood 11-10 in the No. 3 singles’ match. Hunter Dodson of Oak Mountain defeated Fletcher Battles of Homewood 11-10 in the No. 4 singles’ match.

Jake Marinelli of Oak Mountain defeated David Cox of Homewood 10-4 in the No. 5 singles’ match. Andriy Naavhust of Oak Mountain defeated Matt Bennett of Homewood 10-1 in the No. 6 singles’ match.

Touliatos and Ehlers defeated Garman and Morgan 8-4 in the No. 1 doubles’ match. Mason and Marinelli defeated Hall and Battles 8-6 in the No. 2 doubles’ match.

Dodson and Naavhust defeated Bennett and Cox 8-3 in the No. 3 doubles’ match.
