The Thompson High School softball team fell to Vestavia Hills 3-2 in high school softball action May 2.

Sarah Beth Holdbrooks led the Warriors at the plate as she finished 2-for-3 with a double and drove in two runs.

Taylor Powell took the loss in the circle after giving up two earned runs on six hits with two walks in a complete game.
