The following are incident and offense reports from municipal police departments from April 13-27:

Alabaster

April 15

-Dog bite from the 200 block of Chestnut Drive (residence, home).

-Harassing communications from the 1000 block of Highway 31 (other, unknown). Confiscated was a Jimenez .380 pistol and a utility knife.

-Information only from the 100 block of Hill Street (highway, street).

-Criminal trespass from the 100 block of Park Place Lane (residence, home).

-Violation of protection order, telephoning from address unlisted (residence, home).

-Carrying a weapon unconcealed from the 1000 block of Caribbean Drive (highway, street). Confiscated was a Phanton Crossman BB pistol.

-Theft of property from the 1200 block of Michael Lane (residence, home). Stolen was a woman’s yellow gold wedding band with 3/4 carat diamond accompanied by 18 small diamonds valued at $5,000, a woman’s white gold ring with guard 1/2 carat diamond accompanied by 18 small diamonds valued at $4,500 and a woman’s yellow gold ring with green emerald surrounded by 18 small diamonds valued at $3,500.

-Damage to property from Colonial Promenade Parkway (highway, street). Damaged was a driver side front fender of a 2006 Ford Crown Victoria in the amount of $150.

-Unauthorized use of a vehicle from Hummingbird Circle (residence, home).

-Criminal trespass and theft of property from the 200 block of Second Place Southwest (residence, home). Stolen was a blue pitbull valued at $500 and a plastic Igloo dog house valued at $100.

April 16

-Domestic violence investigation and domestic violence, harassment from the 500 block of Old Highway 31 (residence, home).

-Criminal trespass from the 2000 block of Tahiti Lane (residence, home).

-Damage to property from County Road 95 at Alabaster Fire Station No. 1 (highway, street). Damaged was a silver 2005 Chevrolet Impala in the amount of $1,000.

-Found property from the 500 block of First Street Southwest (convenience store). Recovered was an Alabama driver’s license.

-Information only from 600 Ninth Avenue Southwest (restaurant).

-Theft of property, shoplifting from 218 Second Street Southwest (other, unknown). Recovered were seven shirts valued at $35 and one pair of blue jean shorts valued at $5.

-Harassment from the 1300 block of Third Court Southwest (residence, home).

-Criminal mischief and theft of property from the 200 block of Second Place Southwest (residence, home). Stolen was an American pitbull valued at $300.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Ashford Lane (residence, home). Damaged was a survey stake in the amount of $2.

-Possession of a forged instrument from Regions Bank (bank). Forged was a $170 check drawn from the Wells Fargo account.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of marijuana from the BP Coosa Mart (service, gas station). Confiscated was a wooden “dug out” with “one hitter” pipe valued at $25, a metal cigar tube valued at $5 and 0.1 grams of marijuana valued at $1.

April 23

-Unlawful possession of marijuana second and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia (parking lot, garage). Confiscated was a plastic baggy containing marijuana inside a tin box valued at $200, one box of job rolling papers valued at $4, a black and blue marijuana pipe valued at $5, 12 marijuana roaches valued at $5, two push rods for marijuana and illegal narcotics valued at $5 and two wire screens used for filters valued at $5.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Highway 261 at First Avenue (parking lot, garage). Confiscated were marijuana seeds and leaves and a stone and glass pipe with marijuana residue.

-Dog biting a person from the 100 block of Penhale Park Road (highway, street).

-Domestic incident from the 1100 block of Wyndham Lane (residence, home).

-Driving under the influence of alcohol from County road 17 near Lakeland Trail (highway, street). Damaged was a chain link fence in the amount of $200.

-Domestic Incident from the 900 block of Valley Street.

-Harassment from the 200 block of Graham Street.

-Recovered property from the 4000 block of Highway 25. Recovered were a metal marijuana pipe in a wooden box valued at $20 and a small amount of marijuana valued at $10.

April 22

-Possession of marijuana from Vine Street and Main Street. Recovered was a metallic blue plastic baggy with green leafy substance labeled with Wicked Kiss valued at $1.

-Burglary and theft of property from the 20 block Falcon Drive. Stolen were an Acer laptop computer with 15-17” screen valued at $900, a 32” Sony flat screen television valued at $900, a Smith and Wesson semi-automatic pistol with silver finish valued at $500 and a red Kodak digital camera with case valued at $300. Damaged was a windowpane and possible frame damage valued at $100.

April 23

-Domestic violence from the 100 block of Skyview Drive.

-Found property from the 4500 block of Highway 25. Recovered was a Regions bank check card.

April 24

-Lost property from the 1100 block of Oak Street. Stolen were a social security card, Mutual Savings credit union account number and a Publix employee card.

-Harassment from Vine Street and Park Road.

April 25

-Criminal mischief from the 20 block of Montevallo Villa Circle. Damaged was an

outside air condition wire valued at $25.

-Possession of marijuana from the 13000 block of Highway 17. Recovered were two clear plastic bags containing marijuana valued at $20.

April 26

-Theft of property from the 300 block of Canterbury Road. Stolen were a diamond dinner ring with gold band valued at $2,000, a diamond engagement ring with wide gold band valued at $1,000 and a diamond and ruby ring with gold band valued at $800.

-Confiscated property from the 70 block of University Mobile Home Park. Recovered was a counterfeit $100 bill.

Pelham

April 13

-Theft by deception from First Commercial Bank at 2304 Pelham Parkway (bank). Stolen was $2,850 in U.S. currency.

April 14

-Theft of property from 2444 Pelham Parkway (other, unknown). Stolen was $100 in U.S. currency.

-Theft of property by deception from Stacks Furniture Outlet at 3500 Pelham Parkway (specialty store). Stolen and recovered was assorted furniture valued at $12,029.

-Theft of services from the 1000 block of Stoneykirk Road (residence, home). Stolen were moving services from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. valued at $1,186.

-Theft of property attempt from the Summer Classics Home at 111 Hinds Street (specialty store). Stolen was assorted furniture in the amount of $15,434.

-Theft of property by deception from 2996 Pelham Parkway (specialty store). Stolen were 4 gallons of paint at $59.99 per gallon.

April 15

-Menacing from the 100 block of Crestmont Lane (residence, home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from 3001 Pelham Parkway (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a Shindaiwa backpack-style gas blower valued at $480.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana from B38 Oak Mountain State Park campground (other, unknown). Confiscated was a plastic bag of suspected marijuana valued at $50, a suspected Xanax tablet valued at $5 and an unknown tablet.

-Miscellaneous information from the 700 block of Cahaba Manor Trail (residence, home).

-Theft of property, attempt from Issis and Sons Carpet at 2858 Pelham Parkway (specialty store). Stolen was assorted carpet valued at $10,000.

-Theft of property, attempt from Issis and Sons Furniture Gallery at 250 Cahaba Valley Road (specialty store). Stolen was assorted furniture valued at $15,827.

April 16

-Public intoxication from 400 Cahaba Valley Road (parking lot, garage). Confiscated were five orange round tablets reported to be Aderall, three capsules reported to be time-release Aderall and four round white tablets reported to be Klonopin.

-Property damage from Bear Holler Road (residence, home). Damaged was the right rear fender of a 2010 Range Rover in the amount of $1,000.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Room 206 of the Holiday Inn (hotel, motel). Confiscated were two containers containing 11 grams of suspected marijuana valued at $50.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from Oak Mountain State Park at Campground Road (other, unknown). Confiscated were four suspected Adderall 10 mg tablets valued at $20, 1.5 suspected hydrocodone 10 mg tablets valued at $8, one suspected alprozolam tablet valued at $5, two suspected carisotrobol valued at $10, one piece of foil containing suspected lysergic acid diethylamide tablet valued at $10 and one small plastic bag containing 0.5 grams of suspected MDMA valued at $13.

April 17

-Burglary from the Bella Vista mobile home park (residence, home). Stolen was $700 in U.S. currency, a Hewlitt Packard laptop computer valued at $400, assorted pieces of jewelry valued at $500, a Sony camera valued at $100, a CD valued at $20 and damaged was a window in the amount of $50.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the Verizon Wireless Music Center (commercial). Confiscated was a multi-colored glass pipe with burnt residue commonly used to smoke marijuana.

April 18

-Domestic violence from Green Park South (residence, home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the Oak Mountain Amphitheater parking lot (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a Macbook laptop computer with 13-inch screen valued at $1,500, an iPod valued at $300, a Seagate external 1TB hard drive valued at $119, a Sony Cybershot digital camera with charger valued at $215, $80 in assorted U.S. currency and a miniskirt valued at $30.

-Theft of services from New Lattitudes (residence, home). Stolen were moving fees in the amount of $1,632.

-Violation of municipal ordinance, maximum height of weeds from Cove Lane (residence, home).

-Miscellaneous information from the 2200 block of Pelham Parkway (parking lot, garage). Recovered was a Cobra .380 handgun with nylon holster and magazine with six live rounds valued at $150.
