The following are incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from April 20-28:

April 20

-Burglary from the 400 block of Old Oak Cove, Chelsea.

-Theft of property from 5650 Cahaba Valley Road (Oak Mountain Middle School). Stolen and recovered was an iPOD touch valued at $200.

-Theft of property from 5650 Cahaba Valley Road (Oak Mountain Middle School). Stolen and recovered was a graphic calculator valued at $140.

-Burglary from the 0 block of Apache Drive. Damaged was flooring removed to access copper piping. Stolen was a circuit breaker panel, 250-gallon propane tank, an 8-foot by 12 foot metal storage building, a porcelain double sink, a water heater and antique “wringer-type” washing machine.

April 21

-Miscellaneous information from the 5600 block of Tamarac Trace, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham. Stolen was a wallet and its contents.

-Miscellaneous information from Highway 119 at County Road 14.

-Runaway juvenile from the 1700 bock of Inverness Lane, Birmingham.

-Fraudulent use of credit card from an unknown location. Stolen was $4,500 in U.S. currency.

-Theft of property from Highway 50, Vandiver. Stolen was a 12-guage pump shotgun valued at $159 and a .22 caliber rifle valued at $150.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and driving under the influence of alcohol from Old Highway 280 at Narrows Drive, Birmingham. Recovered was approximately 8 grams of a white powdery substance wrapped in white paper and clear plastic.

-Burglary from the 3700 block of Highway 26, Columbiana. Stolen were 15 pairs of underwear and five bras.

-Possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia from County Road 86 near Long Branch Parkway, Calera. Recovered was 0.2 grams of a green leafy substance and a pipe used to smoke marijuana.

-Miscellaneous information and possible child neglect from Caldwell Mill Road (school, college), Birmingham.

-Juvenile runaway from the 5000 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 5000 block of South Shades Crest Road, Bessemer.

-Recovered stolen property from the 4600 block of Highway 37, Shelby. Recovered was a license plate.

-Domestic investigation from the 200 block of Brookhighland Lane, Birmingham.

-Property damage from the 27000 block of Highway 145, Wilsonville.

-Property damage from the 2300 block of County Road 26, Alabaster.

-Harassing communications from the 6000 block of Highway 51, Wilsonville.

-Property damage from Highway 280 at Doug Baker Road.

-Harassing communication from the 2100 block of Chelsea Park Road, Chelsea.

April 22

-Promoting prison contraband from the 300 block of McDow Road (jail). Recovered was a cell phone.

-Property damage from County Road 30 at County Road 7, Wilsonville.

-Burglary from the 16000 block of Highway 280 (drug store), Chelsea. Stolen was an unknown amount of prescription drugs.

-Burglary and theft of property from the 100 block of Shelby Hotel Road, Shelby. Stolen was copper plumbing valued at $2,000, copper wiring valued at $2,000 and a 22-inch push mower valued at $160.

-Possession of a controlled substance from Gallups Crossroads, Harpersville. Recovered was a plastic bottle containing a 1mg Xanax pill and seven 30mg Oxycodone pills.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle and criminal trespassing from the 2000 block of Highway 87, Alabaster. Stolen were four chainsaws valued at $2,000, foot spikes valued at $250 and 150-feet of climbing rope valued at $250.

-Harassment from the 200 block of Valentine Trail, Wilsonville.

-Domestic investigation from the 4000 block of County Road 39, Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous information from the 100 block of Polo Downs Drive, Chelsea.

-Minor in consumption of alcohol from the 100 block of Highland View Drive, Hoover.

-Damage to property from the 30 block of Star Trek Drive, Indian Springs. Damage valued at $500 was done to an iron mailbox.

-Harassing communications from the 100 block of 1st Avenue, Shelby.

-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 1000 block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence (assault) from the 200 block of McBrayer Drive, Vincent.

April 23

-Harassing communications from the 16000 block of Highway 280 (restaurant), Chelsea.

-Property damage from the 3200 block of Highway 61. Damaged was a 2006 Ford Focus.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of South River Road, Shelby.

-Criminal mischief from the 9400 block of County Road 17, Alabaster. Damaged was the driver and passenger windows on a Ford F-150.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Rainbow Lane, Shelby. Stolen was furniture valued at $230 and a tub of assorted items.

-Theft of property from the 12000 block of Highway 11 (commercial). Stolen was a paint booth valued at $6,000.

-Theft of property from 17997 Highway 25 (Summer Hill Baptist Church), Columbiana. Stolen were German bearded Irises valued of unknown value.

-Miscellaneous information from the Jet Pep Station, Harpersville. Stolen was a wallet and its contents valued at $30.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Birmingham Street, Wilton.

-Harassment from the 4400 block of Highway 36, Chelsea.

-Fleeing or attempting to elude law enforcement, Vandiver.

-Theft of property from the 8000 block of County Road 17, Alabaster. Stolen were several credit and debit cards, a Social Security card and an Alabama driver’s license.

-Burglary from the 100 block of Rainbow Lane, Shelby. Stolen was a cross necklace, earring set, floor lamp with frosted globe, silver and gold colored ornamental wall crosses, kitchen table, cherry wood table and various pieces of jewelry.

-Harassing communication from the 100 block of Polo Downs Drive, Chelsea.

-Suicidal person from Smyer Lake Way, Leeds.

-Fire investigation from the 500 block of Simpson Road, Wilsonville.

-Domestic violence (assault) from the 6200 block of Beaver Brook, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 4000 block of Heatherbrook Road, Birmingham.

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from the 100 block of Rainbow Lane. Recovered were unused hypodermic needles/syringes.

-Letting dogs run at large and animal bite from the 200 block of Windemere Road, Sterrett.

April 24

-Domestic violence (assault) from the 400 block of Ozley Road, Alabaster.

-Miscellaneous report from the 1100 block of Highway 45, Sterrett.

-Harassment from the 49000 block of Highway 25, Sterrett.

-Harassment from the 1900 block of Indian Lake Drive, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 2600 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham.

-Harassment from the 15000 block of Highway 42, Shelby.

-Death investigation from the Shelby Ridge Nursing Home, Alabaster.

-Domestic investigation from the 800 block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from Highway 119 at Interstate 65, Pelham.

-Burglary and theft of property from County Road 37, Sterrett. Stolen was a ladies dinner ring valued at $200, a gold black onyx ring valued at $200, a baby ring valued at $80 and a fire safe containing two vehicle titles and a birth certificate.

-Theft of property from the 200 block of Highway 70, Maylene. Stolen was an antique wood desk valued at $1,000, a riding lawnmower valued at $300, metal pieces from wooden deck on front porch valued at $25 and metal part from a trampoline valued at $50.

-Theft of property from Lovett Road, Columbiana. Stolen was an Alabama driver’s license, $200 in U.S. currency, a spare key to a car, a key to another car and a house key.

-Domestic investigation from the 200 block of August Road, Columbiana.

-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 300 block of Gould Road, Columbiana.

April 25

-Duty upon striking unattended vehicle from Meadow Croft Circle. Damaged was a 2000 Mercury Marquis.

-Criminal mischief from the 1200 block of Heatherbrook Road (parking lot, garage). Damage valued at $250 was done to a back window.

-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 3800 block of Bent River Road, Hoover.

-Criminal trespass from the 200 block of Holly Brook Road, Columbiana.

-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 900 block of Highway 101, Leeds.

-Identity theft from the 3200 block of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham.

-Theft of property and forgery from the 100 block of McDonald Road, Wilsonville. Stolen were checks totaling $572.70.

-Identity theft from the 1900 block of Highway 49, Columbiana.

-Death investigation from Brechin Lane, Columbiana.

-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 900 block of Highway 101, Leeds.

-Theft of property from the 0 block of Morris Drive, Montevallo. A tag was stolen.

-Domestic violence (assault) from the 300 block of Highway 469, Sterrett.

April 26

-Miscellaneous information from the 7000 block of County Road 11, Chelsea.

-Domestic violence (assault) from Highway 25, Montevallo.

-Theft of property from Selma Street, Wilton. Stolen was a 14-foot aluminum boat valued at $500.

-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 5000 block of Cameron Road, Birmingham.

-Sexual abuse (first degree) from Mimosa Road near Highway 25.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle and theft from the 100 block of Long Walk Drive, Columbiana. Stolen was a wallet, driver’s license, employee ID and vehicle door key.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of McDaniel Drive, Wilsonville. Stolen was a ring guard with diamond and clusters valued at $750, a diamond valued at $750, a diamond solitaire valued at $500, lortabs valued at $100 and Xanox valued at $100.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 200 block of Turtle Lake Drive, Birmingham. Stolen was a clear flashlight and toolbox.

-Forgery (second degree) from an unknown location. Deducted from checking accounts was a total of $430.34.

-Duty upon striking unattended vehicle from the 4900 block of Altadena South Drive, Birmingham. Damaged was a 2010 Chevrolet Cobalt.

-Property damage from the 0 block of Kings Ranch Drive, Chelsea. Damage valued at $200 was done to a 26-inch TV.

-Theft of property from Longmeadow, Maylene. Checks were stolen.

-Leaving the scene of an accident from the 4000 block of Highway 47 (Allen’s Food Mart), Shelby. Damaged was a 2002 Monte Carlo.

April 27

-Miscellaneous information Highway 31 at County Road 26, Alabaster.

-Domestic investigation (harassment) from the 100 block of County Road 26, Montevallo.

-Rape from the 11000 block of Highway 42, Shelby.

-Interference with custody from Inverness Lane, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from Highway 280 at Cahaba Park Circle, Birmingham.

-Circulating change/bills from 112 N. Main Street (Circuit Court Clerk’s Office), Columbiana. Stolen was a counterfeit $100 bill.

-Lost property from an unknown location.

-Property damage from Country Road 42 near County Road 86, Shelby. Damaged was the front end and passenger side of a Toyota Corolla.

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from Egg & Butter Road, Columbiana. Recovered was a green/black pipe used to smoke marijuana.

-Domestic investigation from the 4000 block of County Road 10, Montevallo.

-Permitting dogs to run at large from the 80 block of Battle Drive, Montevallo.

-Harassment from Lawley Drive, Alabaster.

-Burglary from Highway 83, Vincent. Stolen was a 32-inch flat screen TV valued at $400.

-Burglary (third degree) and theft of property (second degree) from the 100 block of Cottage Lane, Westover. Stolen was a flat screen TV valued at $600.

-Identity theft from the 1100 block of Turtle Lake Drive, Birmingham.

-Death investigation from the 9000 block of County Road 42, Shelby.

April 28

-Death investigation from the 100 block of Spring Drive, Shelby.

-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 6000 block of Whitetail Drive, Birmingham.
