Carol L. Stamps, age 54, passed away Sunday, May 8, 2011, at her home in Calera. The family received friends Wednesday, May 11, 2011, from 5-7 p.m. at Bolton Funeral Home in Calera. Graveside services will be Thursday, May 12, 2011, 10 a.m. in Nabors Cemetery in Saginaw, with Rev. Phillip Rabren and Bro. Ray Edwards officiating.  Bolton Funeral Home in Calera is directing.

Mrs. Stamps is survived by her husband, Johnny Stamps; five daughters, Rachel Seagle (Harold), Randi Smitherman (Jason), Reagan Stamps, Elaine Moore and Jamie Gaines (Adam); sisters, Judy Smith, Thelma Barrett and Diane Rabren; mother, Betty Lee; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
