-Leaving the scene of an accident from the 500 block of Ninth Avenue Southeast (highway, street). Damaged was a 2010 Chevrolet Camaro in the amount of $1,000.

-Property damage from Interstate 65 South at milepost 235.5 (highway, street). Damaged was a truck frame in the amount of $400.

-Assault from the 400 block of Old Highway 31 (residence, home).

-Damage to property from Alabaster Boulevard at Westwood Baptist (highway, street). Damaged was a 2005 Ford Mustang in the amount of $2,500.

May 1

-Burglary and theft of property from the 400 block of First Street North (restaurant). Stolen was $1,500 in cash.

-Possession of a forged instrument from the Amstar Theater at 820 Colonial Promenade Parkway (commercial). Found was a $20 bill.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from the 200 block of Kent Dairy Road (residence, home). Stolen was a Glock 17 9-millimeter pistol valued at $469.99 and 10 Winchester bullets valued at $40.

May 3

-Criminal mischief from the 500 block of Warrior Drive (government, public building). Reported was graffiti damage in the amount of $500.

-Open door from the 100 block of Buck Creek Drive (restaurant).

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Park Place Lane at Kent Dairy Road (highway, street). Confiscated was an improvised marijuana smoking device.

-Theft of property and burglary from the 700 block of Fulton Springs Road (commercial). Stolen was a Shindaiwa backpack blower valued at $600 and a Husqvarna chainsaw valued at $450.

-Domestic incident from the Norwick Forest subdivision (residence, home).

-Property damage from Seventh Avenue Northeast (highway, street). Damaged was a directional sign and sod in the amount of $50.

-Damage to property from 37 Buck Creek Plaza (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a Hyundai Sonata in the amount of $3,500.

-Fraudulent use of a credit or debit card from the 600 block of Third Street Northeast (other, unknown). Forged was a Telco Visa debit card in the amount of $79.99.

-Damage to property from U.S. highway 31 at I-65 (highway, street). Damaged was a rear bumper of a vehicle.

-Traffic hazard from County Road 68 at Hickory Hills (highway, street). Damaged and confiscated was a 1999 Mercury Cougar.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 600 block of First Street Southwest (specialty store). Confiscated were marijuana pipes valued at $1.

-Suicide threat from 12th Avenue Southwest (residence, home).

-Damage to property from 10th Avenue Southwest at Ninth Street Southwest (highway, street). Damaged was a windshield and a tire.

Recovered were a pyramid cigarette box containing various ones, fives, tens and twenties valued at $131; black and silver iPod used to conceal drugs valued at $1; silver pipe with residue valued at $1; and green and white Altoids can with green leafy residue valued at $1.

-Property damage to a vehicle from the Travel Lodge parking lot at 410 Oak Mountain Circle (parking lot, garage). Damaged was the driver’s side door of a 2000 Honda Accord in the amount of $500.

-Criminal mischief from the 3400 block of Pelham Parkway (residence, home). Damaged was a 2006 Kia Sorento in the amount of $800.

-Fraudulent use of a credit card and possession of a forged instrument from 2552 Pelham Parkway (commercial).

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the parking lot of 310 Cahaba Valley Road (convenience store). Confiscated were 20 Oxycodone 10 mg pills valued at $200 and two unknown round blue pills.

-Obstructing justice – using a false identity and outside agency assist – law enforcement from the parking lot of 2621 Meadowview Lane (parking lot, garage).

-Theft of property from the YMCA at 2610 Pelham Parkway (other, unknown). Stolen was a ring of keys including keys to a personal vehicle and residence valued at $50.

-Leaving the scene of an accident from Helena Road between Indian Lake Lane and Wooddale Drive (highway, street). Damaged was a 2006 Honda Civic in the amount of $1,000.

May 2

-Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument from a business on Commerce Court (specialty store). Recovered was an AOD Federal Credit Union valued at $5,223.

May 3

-Property damage from Pelham Parkway at Alabama Telco Credit Union (highway, street). Damaged was the passenger side of a 2000 Ford Ecoline van in the amount of $1,500.

-Theft of property from 2181 Pelham Parkway (supermarket). Stolen was $15.09 in U.S. currency.

-Theft of property from the 2100 block of Pelham Parkway (supermarket). Stolen was a Wii gaming system valued at $170, a Kodak digital camera valued at $100, Hanes T-shirts valued at $10 and various colognes.

-Theft of property from Room 317 at Comfort Suites (hotel, motel). Stolen was an Apple iPad valued at $700.

-Property damage – vehicle from Interstate 65 northbound at north city limits (highway, street). Damaged was the plastic undercarriage of a 2010 Dodge Avenger in the amount of $1,000.

May 4

-Burglary from the Susan Schein Chevrolet at 3171 Pelham Parkway (commercial). Stolen was a 42-inch flat screen TV valued at $699, a 32-inch flat screen TV valued at $399, $379 in cash, two Armor All tire foams valued at $12, two Armor All protectants valued at $17, Mac’s tire dressing valued at $8 and two glass cleaners valued at $8.

-Death investigation – hospice from Dow Street (residence, home). Destroyed were nine Xanax 0.5 mg, 51 Ativan 0.5 mg, 24cc of morphine 20 mg per milliliter and five Fentanyl 50 mcg. per patch.

-Miscellaneous information from 32 Philip Davis St. (parking lot, garage). Recovered was 16.25 pounds of assorted prescription and non-prescription medication.

Stolen was a Honda 22-inch rear bag lawnmower valued at $225, a Stihl backpack leaf blower valued at $500, a Stihl weedeater valued at $300 and an orange hedgetrimmer valued at $40. Damaged was a GE hot water tank in the amount of $1,000, an exterior door frame and door in the amount of $200 and a Ruud air conditioning unit in the amount of $5,000.
