Damaged was a 2010 Chevrolet Silverado, and stolen was a Magellan GPS valued at $450, a .22-caliber Beretta palm pistol with pop-up barrel valued at $295, a .40-caliber Beretta Tomcat pistol with black soft case valued at $500, a Casio camera with black case and orange striping valued at $350, a license plate registration sticker and two phone chargers valued at $30.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 1000 block of Highway 31 (service, gas station). Confiscated was a round green pill identified as Klonopin and a white triple-stacked pill identified as Alprazalom.

-Assault from the 400 block of Old Highway 31 (residence, home).
-Harassing communications from the 300 block of Wilderness Lane (residence, home).
-Domestic violence investigation and domestic violence harassment from Saginaw Pipe.
-Burglary and theft of property from the 150 block of Reese Drive (residence, home). Stolen was a Sanyo brand flat screen television 32-36 inch valued at $4,500.

Confiscated was a pill bottle with a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana and a gold colored metal pipe used to smoke marijuana valued at $5, two glass pipes, two containers with marijuana residue inside and rolling papers valued at $15, the “Cannabible 3” book valued at $20 and brass knuckles valued at $15.
-Theft of property from the 400 block of Oxford Way (residence, home). Stolen was a 2009 KTM 15SX dirt bike valued at $8,000 and a 2007 Kawasaki KX450 dirt bike valued at $3,500.
