-Driving under the influence of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 400 block of Poplar Ridge Drive (highway, street). Confiscated was a plastic bag containing a white powder substance believed to be heroin valued at $100, three blue pills identified as Klonopin valued at $10 and a spoon containing a white residue believed to be heroin.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the 1000 block of Highway 31 (parking lot, garage). Confiscated was a green leafy substance wrapped in cellophane believed to be marijuana.

Recovered was a Hipoint 9-millimeter handgun including one magazine and seven rounds of ammunition valued at $200, four prescription pill bottles containing clonazapam, suboxone and methamphetamine salts valued at $50, an over-the-counter bottle of NO-DOZ valued at $6 and an over-the-counter bottle of generic acetaminophen valued at $4.
