Sam Austin Boggan, age 64, a resident of Westover, died on Sunday, June 12, 2011. Funeral service will be at 2 p.m., Friday, June 17, 2011, at Liberty Baptist Church of Chelsea with Rev. Tim Cox officiating. Burial will follow in Liberty Baptist Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1-2 p.m., Friday, June 17, 2011 at Liberty Baptist Church.
