The following are incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from June 10-14:

June 10

-Burglary from the 100 block of Crest Drive, Chelsea. Stolen were two A/C units valued at $1,500 and the outside door and door frame valued at $500.

-Burglary and theft of property from the 100 block of Shelby Forest Road. Unknown amounts of copper pipe was stolen. An exterior door was damaged.

-Unlawfully carrying pistol and unlawful possession of controlled substance from Highway 25 at Stephens Street, Wilton. Recovered was a Smith & Wesson SW99 and Demerol schedule II.

-Theft of property from the 500 block of Chapel Lane, Wilsonville. Stolen was a $3,000 central A/C unit.

-Animal complaint from the 2300 block of Highway 47, Columbiana.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Hillsdale Drive, Columbiana. Stolen was a $5,000 1.5-ton heat pump.

-Criminal possession of a forged instrument and two counts of carrying a concealed weapon from Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham. Recovered were two BB pistols and clips, two bowie knives, a check, check register, C02 cartridges and a container of BBs.

-Theft of property from the parking lot outside 2700 building Buckham Cove, Birmingham. A vehicle tag was stolen.

-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 11000 block of Highway 61, Wilsonville.

-Trespassing from the 2000 block of Eagle Valley Drive, Birmingham.

-Leaving the scene of an accident from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.

-Suicide attempt from the 2000 block of Highway 10, Montevallo.

-Theft of property from the 400 block of Highway 55, Wilsonville. Stolen was five gallons of unleaded gas valued at $18.

-Cruelty to animals from the 300 block of Hunter Hills Circle, Chelsea.

-Harassing communications (violation of protection order) from the 5900 block of Forest Lakes Cove, Sterrett.

-Property damage from the 2000 block of Highway 36, Chelsea. A 2006 Toyota Tundra was damaged.

June 11

-Possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia from Shelby Street and Island Street, Montevallo. Recovered was a white plastic bag containing 2.3 grams of a green leafy substance and a digital scale.

-Burglary and theft of property from the 3200 block of Brookhighland Trace, Birmingham. Stolen was more than $500 of copper water and refrigerator lines from basement. Damaged was a hot water heater and exterior rear door.

-Burglary from Highway 55, Westover. Stolen were four types of pills.

-Burglary from Cameron Drive, Chelsea. Copper pipes and a heat pump/A/C were stolen. Damaged was the basement door.

-Carrying a concealed weapon and carrying brass knuckles from the 100 block of Strawberry Road, Shelby. Recovered was a Highpoint Arms .380 and brass knuckles.

-Domestic violence (harassment) and criminal trespass from the 0 block of Green Pine Road, Leeds.

-Harassment from county roads 42 and 47, Shelby.

-Property damage from the 500 block of Forest Lakes Drive, Sterrett.

-Property damage from the 5800 block of Cahaba Valley Road.

-Domestic violence (assault) from the 7000 block of Highway 61, Wilsonville.

-Domestic investigation from the 12000 block of Highway 43, Vandiver.

-Criminal mischief from the 2000 block of Oak Meadows Place, Birmingham.

-Animal bite from the 1000 block of Eagle Valley Drive, Birmingham.

-Leaving the scene of an accident from Meadowbrooke Drive at U.S. 280.

-Domestic investigation from the 2000 block of Garland Ct., Birmingham.

-Assault from the 3900 block of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham.

-Use of force policy from County Road 73, Montevallo.

-Minor in possession of alcohol from the 27000 block of Highway 145, Wilsonville.

-Disorderly conduct and resisting arrest from the 100 block of Idlewood Drive, Wilton.

-Use of force policy from 300 yards west of County Road 73, Wilton.

-Domestic investigation from the 8000 block of Highway 155, Montevallo.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Idlewood Drive, Wilton.

-Miscellaenous information from the 30 block of Nolen Lane, Alabaster.

June 12

-Damage to property from Cahaba Valley Road. Damaged was the driver’s front fender and headlight area of a 2010 Honda Accord.

-Domestic violence investigation from the 3100 block of Chelsea Park Ridge, Chelsea.

-Domestic investigation from the 1600 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea.

-Violation of a court order from the 300 block of Lime Creek Circle, Chelsea.

-Assault from a pool on Huntcliff Road, Birmingham

-Fire investigation from the 100 block of Mellow Lane, Alabaster.

-Miscellaneous information from the 1000 block of Old Deer Creek Road, Sterrett.

-Harassing communications from the 100 block of Missouri Road, Shelby.

-Domestic violence from the 1000 block of Franklin Road, Pelham.

-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 800 block of Eagle Ridge Drive, Birmingham.

-Death investigation from the 100 block of Cripple Creek Lane, Sterrett.

-Death investigation from the 100 block of Cripple Creek Lane, Sterrett.

-Death investigation from the 100 block of County Road 201, Montevallo.

-Domestic dispute (harassment) from the 2000 block of Beaver Creek Road, Shelby.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle and fraudulent use of a credit card from Heathwood Lane and the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. A $200 Nintendo DS was stolen, along with two Visa cards.

-Burglary from the 100 block of Ashton Woods Drive, Chelsea. Links of copper piping were missing from the basement area, and a $2,500 interior furnance unit from the basement was stolen. 30-06 ammo valued at $64 and insulated coveralls valued at $75.

-Burglary and theft of property from the Chelsea Game Preserve off Highway 151, Wilsonville. Stolen was a small toolbox with various tools valued at $75, a 10-inch cast iron skillet valued at $30 and a cast iron pot head lid valued at $50. Damaged was a door and lock clasp valued at $150 and overhead cabinet doors valued at $150.

-Burglary and theft of property from the Chelsea Game Preserve off Highway 151, Wilsonville. Stolen was a $550 Oklahoma Joe smoker, $80 Brinkman smoker, a large commercial ice chest, a chairblind valued at $60.

-Possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. A broken syringe was recovered.

-Civil dispute from the 5000 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

June 13

-Miscellaneous information from the 5200 block of Highway 55, Columbiana.

-Criminal trespass from the 500 block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham.

-Allowing dogs to roam at large from the 600 block of Salser Lane, Columbiana.

-Domestic investigation, Chelsea.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Sams Place, Shelby. Stolen was a Kenmore washer and dryer valued at $500 each.

-Destroying state property by convict from 380 McDow Road, Columbiana. A shower door was damaged.

-Rape and domestic violence (harassment) from the 3100 block of County Road 18, Montevallo.

-Miscellaneous information from the 6000 block of County Road 71, Shelby.

-Public intoxication and possession of marijuana N. Main Street and School Street, Wilsonville. Recovered was 0.02 grams of marijuana inside rolled paper and a metal socket with burnt marijuana inside.

-Domestic investigation (menacing) from the 11000 block of U.S. 280, Sterrett. Recovered was an 18-inch machette.

-Death investigation from the 2100 block of County Road 77, Columbiana.

-Juvenile runaway from the 3000 block of Old Stone Drive.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Canter Way, Alabaster. Stolen was a $550 Pelican John Boat, plastic green in color.

-Welfare check from the 0 block of Keller Drive, Vincent.

-Burglary from the 4600 block of County Highway 36, Chelsea. Damaged was an interior wooden door casing, interior furnance unit and links of copper piping from the basement area of the home.

-Burglary from the 3900 block of Cannock Drive, Birmingham. Stolen was a purse containing $500 in U.S. currency, Rayban sunglasses and two Redbox DVDs.

-Burglary from the 5000 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham. Four computers, an LCD projector and a guitar were stolen.

-Domestic violence (assault) from Highway 322, Pelham.

-Dogs roaming at large from the 5000 block of Lee Street Drive, Birmingham.

-Welfare check from the 0 block of Keller Drive, Vincent.

-Criminal mischief from the 4100 block of Chesapeake N., Birmingham.

June 14

-Theft of lost property from County Road 257, Montevallo. Stolen was a $7,747 flow tracker.

-Miscellaneous information from the 6500 block of Beaver Brook Cove, Birmingham.

-Found property from National Locating and Recovery, Inc. on Highway 31 in Westover. Found was a brown leather wallet with a driver’s license, Visa and Mastercard.

-Domestic investigation from the 200 block of Highway 22, Montevallo.

-Criminal mischief and burglary from the 6000 block of Brookhill Circle, Birmingham. Damage in the amount of $400 was done to a garage entry door.

-Domestic investigation from the 6700 block of Highway 26, Columbiana.

-Menacing from the 100 block of Meadowview Road, Alabaster.

-Theft of property from the 1700 block of Egg & Butter Road, Columbiana.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana from the 6700 block of Highway 26, Columbiana. Recovered was a metal pipe used to smoke marijuana, 0.07 grams of marijuana, 0.07 grams of Hydrocodone and 0.07 grams of Alprazolam.

-Burglary from the 100 block of Rainbow Lane, Shelby. Six cans of Bud Light were stolen, along with $100 of 0.5mg Clonpazin.

-Miscellaenous information from the 6500 block of Beaver Brook Cove, Birmingham.

-Fraudulent use of credit/debit cards from Cowboy’s Gas Station at 5492 U.S. 280, Birmingham.

-Harassing communications from Eagle Ridge Drive, Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief from the 1300 block of Narrows Point, Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief from the 12000 block of Highway 17, Maylene. Damage of $3,000 was done to two 5-ton A/C units.
