Ralph F. Lucas, 75, of Verbena passed away Sunday, June 19, 2011 at his residence. He is survived by his daughters, Kimberly Lucas Wallace and husband, Jonathan, of Southern Pines, N.C. and Nancy Lucas Harmon and husband, Lee, of Elberta; grandchildren, Erin, Taylor and Andrew Wallace, Nicholas Covington and Christopher Harmon; brother, Hubert Lucas of Wilton; and former wife, Joyce Lucas.

A graveside service will be held Friday, June 24, 2011 at Alabama National Cemetery at 11:45 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association, 1101 Northchase Parkway, Marietta, Ga. 30067. Rockco Funeral Home, Montevallo directing. Rockcofuneralhomes.com.
