June 12

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from the 500 block of Old Highway 31 (highway, street). Confiscated was a metal container used to grind up marijuana.

-Criminal mischief from Regions Bank at 1235 First St. North (bank). Damaged was a window pane in the amount of $25.

-Damage to property from the 600 block of Barkley Circle (residence, home). Damaged was a driver’s side rear door in the amount of $500.

-Theft of property and criminal mischief from 7800 Highway 17 (residence, home). Stolen was a Murray push mower valued at $120, a Homelite weed eater valued at $130 and damaged was an entry door to a storage shed in the amount of $50.

-Theft of property from the 2200 block of Smokey Road (residence, home). Stolen was a Tennessee walking horse valued at $10,000, a Tennessee walking horse valued at $1,900, a Tennessee walking horse valued at $5,500 and $1,000 in cash.

-Theft of property from the 3500 block of Pelham Parkway (supermarket). Stolen was a jar of Claussen pickles valued at $2.95 and a jar of mayonnaise valued at $2.54.

-Menacing from the 200 block of 12th Avenue Southeast (residence, home).

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and recovered property from 11th Avenue Southeast (highway, street). Confiscated was 0.7 grams of crack cocaine, and recovered was a Regions debit card and a USAA American Express card.

June 14

-Driving under the influence and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Highway 119 at Siluria Baptist Church (highway, street). Recovered was a pipe believed to be used to smoke marijuana and a bolt believed to be used to smoke marijuana.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from 601 First St. N. (highway, street). Confiscated was 0.1 grams of heroin and an improvised marijuana smoking device.

-Harassment from the 100 block of Mangrove Drive (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the 1000 block of First Street North (other, unknown). Stolen was a men’s wallet valued at $5, a Florida driver’s license valued at $1, a Lake County Sheriff’s Department retirement ID card valued at $1, $1,400 in U.S. currency and the victim’s spouse’s ID valued at $1.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Highway 31 at 11th Avenue Southeast (residence, home). Recovered were two cellophane bags containing a green, leafy substance.

-Property damage from Interstate 65 at mile marker 236 in Alabaster (highway, street). Damaged was a front driver-side panel in the amount of $2,000.

-Criminal mischief from the intersection of Grande View Parkway and Lane Park Drive (highway, street). Recovered was a stop sign valued at $50.

-Theft of property from 330 Old Highway 31 (residence, home). Stolen was a 1992 Buick LeSabre valued at $1,000.

Stolen was a 25-year anniversary coin from Art of Disney valued at $250, a brass and silver coin with the face of Michael Jordan valued at $150, an Upper Deck Michael Jordan baseball cards from the 1990s valued at $210, a Michael Jordan rookie basketball card for North Carolina valued at $250 and Michael Jordan basketball cards when playing for the Bulls valued at $250.

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Grande View Lane (residence, home). Damaged was the front driver-side and passenger-side fenders and hood and rear door area in the amount of $1,500.

-Theft from Merlin Drive (residence, home). Stolen were four Xanax pills, a Boost Mobile Sanyo phone valued at $100, four Tizandine pills and mineral concentration valued at $140.

-Burglary and theft from the 6000 block of U.S. 31 (convenience store). Stolen were three rolls of quarters valued at $30. Damage of $400 was done to roof and ceiling.
