Mrs. Lee Ellon Deloach Gandy, 95, of Calera passed away July 13, 2011 at Princeton Hospital in Birmingham.

Visitation will be held July 15 from 5-8 p.m. in Curtis and Son Childersburg Chapel. Funeral service will be July 16 at 9 a.m. at Curtis and Son Childersburg Chapel. Rev. Keith Jones will officiate. Burial will follow in Kahatchie Cemetery.

Mrs. Gandy was a member of First Baptist Church of Sylacauga, and currently attended Calera Church of Christ. She was a former member of Riverside Baptist Church of Riverside.

Mrs. Gandy is survived by her daughters, Evelyn Gail Barnes (William) of Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., Clara Faye Baxley (Charles) of Calera, Melva Joyce Estes (LuGene) of Warrior, Mary June Glassco (Jack) of Anniston and Joyce Mae Kelley of Weaver; eight grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
