July 9

-Domestic violence III (harassment) from the 3000 block of Highway 61 (residence, home), Columbiana.

-Property damage from the 0-100 block of Selma Street (residence, home), Wilton. Damage in the amount of $100 was done to a wooden entry door and window.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 4000 block of Chesapeake Circle (residence, home), Birmingham. Stolen was a wallet containing a driver’s license, Social Security card and birth certificate.

-Burglary and theft of property from the 0-100 block of Shade Lane (restaurant), Shelby. Stolen was an A/C unit valued at $500. Damage in the amount of $200 was done to a window, and damage valued at $200 was done to a door frame.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from exit 238 South at Highway 31 (highway, street). Recovered was approximately 3 grams of marijuana and a glass pipe with marijuana residue.

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Wooten Road (residence, home), Alabaster.

-Harassment from Dusty Hollow Road (highway, street), Columbiana.

-Domestic investigation from the 2900 block of Highway 17 (residence, home), Montevallo.

-Missing person from the 200 block of County Road 22 (residence, home), Montevallo.

-Possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia from Country Road 13 near County Road 1 (field, woods), Helena.

-Miscellaneous information from the 900 block of Brook Highland Lane (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous information from Highway 25 at County Road 47 (highway, street), Dunavant.

-Burglary from the 7900 block of Double Oak Way (other, unknown), Birmingham. Stolen was a generator transfer switch valued at $2,000, miscellanous wires valued at $1,000, copper wire sheets valued at $500 and a door lock on the building.

July 10

-Burglary from the 6200 block of County Highway 39 (residence, home), Chelsea.

-Sexual abuse I from the 5100 block of Dunnavant Valley Lane (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Violation of a court order from the 100 block of Brantleyville Road (residence, home), Maylene.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Dubose Drive (residence, home), Montevallo.

-Harassment from the 5600 block of Heatherbrook Parkway (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief from the 4400 block of Chesapeake N. (parking lot, garage), Birmingham. Damage in the amount of $2,000 was done to the hood, trunk and driver’s side of a 1997 Mercury.

-Criminal mischief from Cheapeake N. (parking lot, garage), Birmingham. Damage in the amount of $300 was done to two tires.

-Identity theft from the 2100 block of Hearthwood Lane (other, unknown), Birmingham. Stolen was $1,400 in assorted U.S. currency.

-Fraudulent use of a credit/debit card from an unknown location (other, unknown).

-Identity theft from an unknown location (other, unknown).

-Burglary from the 3000 block of Lullwater Road (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Burglary from the 100 block of Asberry Road (residence, home), Montevallo. Stolen were to window A/C units with a total value of $300.

-Domestic investigation from the 5400 block of U.S. 280 (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Community notification violation from the 1500 block of 1st Street N. (hotel, motel), Alabaster.

-Theft from the 6600 block of Cahaba Valley Road (residence, home), Birmingham. Stolen was a pair of diamond earrings valued at $500 and a gold triangle amethyst 1-carat diamond ring valued at $2,500.

-Theft from the 3300 block of Brook Highland Circle (residence, home), Birmingham. Stolen was an insulin pump valued at $8,000.

July 14

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from Highway 31 at County Road 227 (highway, street), Calera.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana from County Road 26 at Noe Way (highway, street), Alabaster. Recovered were nine Hydrocodon pills and 1.5 grams of marijuana.

-Criminal mischief from the 30000 block of Highway 25 (residence, home), Wilsonville. Damage in the amount of $50 was done to a mailbox.

-Resisting arrest from the 10000 block of Highway 55 (highway, street).

-Harassing communications from the 100 block of Rock School Road (residence, home), Wilsonville.

-Harassing communications from the 500 block of Chesser Circle (residence, home), Chelsea.

-Property damage from the 7000 block of Old Highway 280 (highway, street), Chelsea.

-Identity theft from the 10000 block of N. Main Street (other, unknown), Wilsonville.

-Burglary and theft of property from the 100 block of Biltmore Drive (residence, home). Stolen was a Whirlpool tub valued at $2,400 and a sink fixture valued at $250.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Rabbit Run (residence, home), Chelsea. Stolen was a red go-cart valued at $1,500.

Stolen were two extension cords valued at $75, multiple small spools of electrical wire valued at $150, various copper pipe fittings valued at $100, welding leads valued at $50, a coil of pre-wired flexible conduct valued at $125 and multiple sections of copper wire valued at $25.
