Dorothy “Dot” Wilson, age 80, of Montevallo, passed away Sunday, July 31, 2011 at her home.

She is survived by her daughters, Shelia J. Wilson (Ray) of Panama City Beach, Fla., Wanda W. Lucas (Wayne) of Montevallo and Donna W. Porter (Chris) of Montevallo; sister, Colleen Hannah of Tuscaloosa; grandchildren, Mike Lucas, Christie Carter and Madison Childress; great-grandchildren, Samantha Smitherman, Kelly Horton, Brittany McMullin, Kayla Horton, Peyton Lucas, Kendall Horton and Kortney Carter; and great-great-grandchild, Scott Lucas.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, Aug. 2, 2011 from 6-8 p.m. at Rockco Funeral Home Montevallo. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Aug. 3, 2011 at 11 a.m. at Rockco Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Shelby Batson officiating. Interment will follow at Shelby Memory Gardens.
