Helen Louise Collum, 91, of Clanton died Saturday, Aug. 6, 2011.

She was born on Monday, Aug. 25, 1919, in Shelby County, daughter of the late William Aaron Taylor and the late Lela Jane Stagner Taylor. She was a dietary worker.

Surviving are her son, Bill Collum of Clanton; daughter, Anita C. Winslett of Calera; brother, W.A. Taylor of Alabaster; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Collum.

Friends will be received from 5-8 p.m., Monday, Aug. 8, 2011 at Martin Funeral Home Chapel.

Services will be held Tuesday, Aug. 9, 2011, at 10 a.m. at Heritage Church of Nazarene with Rev. Lee Davis, Rev. Rick McClain and Rev. Gary Aldridge officiating. Interment will follow in Shelby Memory Gardens, Calera.
