The Calera High School volleyball team topped West Blocton and Bibb County in high school volleyball action Aug. 22.

The Eagles defeated West Blocton 25-13, 25-11, 25-8.

A’Kia Harris led Calera (3-0) with six kills in the victory.

Kellie Rasmussen registered a team-high nine service aces in the match. Elizabeth Rhinehart finished with four service aces.

Calera defeated Bibb County 25-12, 25-20, 25-10.

Harris led the Eagles with eight kills in the victory.

Rasmussen finished with four kills and a team-high 16 service aces in the match.
